LICENSING AGREEMENT
Welcome to Her Rising Era! By purchasing, accessing, or using this digital course (the “Course”), you (“Participant” or “User”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1.Course Access & Intellectual Property
1.1 License: Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the Course for personal use only.
1.2 Intellectual Property: All content, including but not limited to videos, text, PDFs, audio files, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of The Prosperous Project and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, distribution, or resale of any materials is strictly prohibited.
1.3 Revocation of Access: If a Participant is found to be violating these terms, The Prosperous Project reserves the right to terminate access to the Course without a refund.
2. Payments & Refunds
2.1 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Payment plans, if available, must be completed as agreed.
2.2 No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
2.3 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: Participants agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. If an issue arises, please contact becky@theprosperousproject.com to seek resolution.
3. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
3.1 No Guarantees: This Course is intended for educational purposes only. While it provides strategies for brand-building, success is dependent on individual effort, skill, and external factors. The Prosperous Project makes no guarantees regarding income, business growth, or specific results.
3.2 No Professional Advice: The Course does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Participants are encouraged to consult appropriate professionals when necessary.
3.3 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Prosperous Project shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Course.
4. Confidentiality & Community Guidelines
4.1 Confidentiality: Any private discussions, coaching calls, or community interactions within the Course must remain confidential and not be shared outside the Course environment.
4.2 Respectful Conduct: Participants agree to engage respectfully in any Course-related forums or discussions. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the Course without refund.
5.Modification of Terms
5.1 Updates: The Prosperous Project reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Course after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
6. Governing Law
6.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of Illinois, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement, including any exhibits attached hereto and made a part hereof, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and any and all written or oral agreements heretofore existing between the parties hereto are expressly canceled.
MISCELLANEOUS
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms and Conditions operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control. If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms and Conditions or use of the 'Roadmap 3.0' product. You agree that these Terms and Conditions will not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them. You hereby waive any and all defenses you may have based on the electronic form of these Terms and Conditions and the lack of signing by the parties hereto to execute these Terms and Conditions.
