Last updated: 7 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase products or services from Becoming Her Ltd through our website, checkout pages or associated platforms.
Please read them before making a purchase. By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Becoming Her
Becoming Her Ltd is a UK-based publication and personal development business creating editorial content, self-guided resources, experiences and coaching for women.

2. Our products and services
Becoming Her may offer products and services including:
• downloadable journals, guides and other digital resources;

• other products, services or experiences described on our website or sales pages.
The exact content, format, price and delivery arrangements for each product or service will be explained on the relevant sales or checkout page.
3. Prices and payment
Prices will be clearly displayed before you make a purchase.
Payment may be processed through third-party platforms and payment providers, including Stripe and Stan.
By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
Where a product or service involves recurring payments, the frequency, amount and relevant cancellation information will be made clear before you purchase.
4. Digital products
Digital products, including The Becoming Journal, are supplied electronically.
Unless otherwise stated, digital products are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may download and use your purchased copy for your own personal use. You must not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, publish, upload or otherwise make the product available to others without written permission from Becoming Her Ltd.
All intellectual property rights in Becoming Her digital products remain the property of Becoming Her Ltd unless otherwise stated.
5. Digital downloads and your right to cancel
Under UK consumer law, consumers purchasing digital content online will normally have a 14-day cancellation period.
However, where you request or expressly consent to digital content being supplied immediately, before that 14-day period has ended, and acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once supply begins, your statutory right to cancel will end when the supply of the digital content begins.
By purchasing digital content for immediate delivery through this checkout, you expressly request and consent to the digital content being supplied to you immediately and acknowledge that, once supply begins, you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel.
Where required, we will ask you to provide this consent and acknowledgement before your digital content is supplied.
This does not affect your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the standards required by law.
If you experience a problem accessing a digital purchase, please contact becky@becomingher.ltd so that we can help resolve it.
6. Coaching, programmes and experiences
Some Becoming Her services may have additional terms relating to matters such as payment plans, attendance, cancellations, rescheduling, confidentiality or participation.
Where additional terms apply, they will be provided before you purchase or enter into the relevant service.
If specific terms provided for a particular service differ from these general Terms & Conditions, the specific terms will apply to that service to the extent of that difference.
7. Educational and personal development information
Becoming Her content, resources, articles, journals, workshops and experiences are intended for educational, reflective and personal development purposes.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
Where coaching or other personal development services are provided, no particular result or outcome can be guaranteed. Your decisions and actions remain your own responsibility.
Nothing in these Terms limits any legal responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content created by Becoming Her Ltd - including written material, journal prompts, articles, resources, graphics, branding, course or programme materials and downloadable products - is owned by or licensed to Becoming Her Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a Becoming Her product gives you permission to use that product personally. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.
You must not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or create products substantially derived from Becoming Her materials without prior written permission.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to describe our products and services accurately and keep information up to date.
From time to time, we may make reasonable changes to products, services or content where necessary, provided doing so does not remove or unfairly reduce rights already acquired by customers.
We may also withdraw products or services from future sale.
10. Problems with a purchase
If there is a problem with something you have purchased, please contact:
becky@becomingher.ltd
We will aim to resolve genuine problems fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Those third parties may also have their own terms and privacy policies that apply to their services.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business or applicable law.
