Your supervision experience should be more than checking off required hours. It should help you develop the clinical judgment, practical skills, and confidence needed to become an effective behavior analyst.
At Behavior Blueprint Consulting, I provide individualized virtual fieldwork supervision grounded in over 20 years of behavioral experience across educational, home, clinical, and residential settings.
Supervision May Include:
Individual virtual supervision meetings
Case conceptualization and clinical decision-making
Functional assessment and behavior intervention discussions
Feedback on unrestricted fieldwork activities
Ethical considerations and professional development
Review of work products and fieldwork documentation
Client observations and oversight when appropriate arrangements are in place
Rate: $65 per hour
Supervision is provided virtually. The number of required supervision hours and contacts depends on your fieldwork arrangement and applicable BACB requirements.
Before Enrollment:
All prospective supervisees must complete an initial consultation to determine eligibility, fieldwork setting, client oversight arrangements, and supervision needs.
A signed supervision agreement is required before fieldwork supervision begins.
Supervision hours are not guaranteed to qualify toward BCBA certification. All activities and arrangements must meet applicable BACB and state requirements.
