Please read these Terms & Conditions before purchasing. By purchasing, downloading or accessing one of my digital resources, you agree to these terms.
1. About My Resources
1.1
My resources are independently created digital educational materials designed to support GCSE learning, revision and exam preparation.
1.2
Unless specifically stated otherwise, my resources are not produced, approved, endorsed or officially affiliated with any examination board, school or educational institution.
1.3
Any examination board names, subject specifications, assessment objectives or similar references are used to identify the educational context of the resource. Relevant names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
1.4
My resources are supplementary learning materials. They should be used alongside appropriate teaching, revision and current information from the relevant examination board.
2. Grades & Academic Results
2.1
Purchasing or using my resources does not guarantee any particular GCSE grade, examination result, predicted grade or improvement in academic performance.
2.2
Academic results depend on many factors outside my control, including a student’s effort, existing knowledge, revision, attendance, teaching, examination technique and performance on the day.
2.3
Any testimonials, student results, examples or success stories represent individual experiences. They are not promises or guarantees that another student will achieve the same result.
3. Accuracy of Resources
3.1
I take care when preparing my resources and aim to provide accurate and useful educational content.
3.2
However, resources may occasionally contain typographical errors, mistakes, omissions or information that later becomes outdated.
3.3
GCSE specifications, examination formats, assessment requirements and other educational information can change. Buyers are responsible for checking current official information from their relevant examination board.
3.4
If you believe you have found an error, please contact me directly so I can review it and, where appropriate, correct it.
4. Digital Tools & Artificial Intelligence
4.1
Educational and digital resources can be created, developed, edited, researched, organised, checked or formatted using a variety of software, digital tools, automated technologies and artificial intelligence.
4.2
The use of artificial intelligence or computer-assisted technology as part of creating or producing a resource does not, by itself, make the creation or commercial sale of that resource unlawful in the United Kingdom.
4.3
UK copyright law includes provisions relating to computer-generated works. The legal treatment and copyright status of particular material can depend on how it was created and the level and nature of human involvement.
4.4
Where applicable, the use of technology does not remove obligations concerning copyright, intellectual property or other third-party rights.
4.5
UK law and policy concerning artificial intelligence and intellectual property may develop over time. Nothing in these terms should be interpreted as claiming that every AI-generated element automatically receives copyright protection.
5. Your Licence to Use My Resources
5.1
When you purchase one of my resources, you are purchasing a licence to use the resource, not ownership of my intellectual property.
5.2
Unless the product specifically states otherwise, your purchase is for one individual’s personal educational use only.
5.3
You may download, save and print reasonable copies for your own permitted personal use.
5.4
You must not, without my prior written permission:
● resell or redistribute my resources;
● upload my paid resources publicly;
● share purchased files with friends, other students or third parties;
● purchase one copy for use by multiple unrelated people;
● reproduce or adapt substantial parts for resale;
● sell modified versions of my resources;
● remove my branding or ownership notices and present the resource as your own;
● claim my original content as your own work; or
● use my resources to create competing commercial products substantially reproducing my protected material.
5.5
Tutors, teachers, schools and organisations wishing to distribute or repeatedly use a resource with multiple students may require a separate licence.
5.6
Unauthorised sharing, redistribution or resale may result in access being withdrawn and, where appropriate, further action being taken to protect my intellectual property rights.
6. Digital Products, Cancellations & Refunds
6.1
My resources are supplied digitally. Please read the product description carefully before completing your purchase.
6.2
Where you expressly request or consent to immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that this affects your cancellation rights, your statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply begins, where permitted by applicable UK consumer law.
6.3
This does not remove any statutory rights you may have where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet requirements imposed by applicable consumer law.
6.4
If you have an issue with your purchase or wish to discuss a refund, please contact me directly through Facebook with your order details and an explanation of the issue.
6.5
Refund requests will be considered according to the circumstances of the purchase and any rights that apply under UK consumer law.
6.6
Where a resource has been successfully supplied and there is no applicable legal entitlement to a refund, I reserve the right to decline a refund request.
7. Problems, Complaints & Contact
7.1
If you experience a problem with a resource, purchase, download or payment, please contact me directly through Facebook so I have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
7.2
I ask that genuine concerns are raised with me directly and respectfully before being escalated publicly. I will aim to consider genuine issues fairly and work towards a reasonable resolution where appropriate.
7.3
Nothing in these terms prevents a customer from leaving an honest review, expressing a genuine opinion, making a legitimate complaint or exercising a legal right.
7.4
Customers must not knowingly publish false or misleading statements, impersonate me or my business, or engage in harassment, threats or abusive behaviour.
8. Downloads & Access
8.1
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate information when purchasing and for ensuring they have a suitable device, software and internet connection to access the purchased resource.
8.2
If you experience a genuine problem accessing your purchase, please contact me so I can attempt to resolve the issue.
8.3
I cannot guarantee that every digital file will remain available for re-download indefinitely. Buyers should securely save their purchased resources after downloading them.
9. Updates & Changes
9.1
GCSE specifications, examinations and educational requirements may change after a resource has been created or purchased.
9.2
I do not guarantee that previously purchased resources will be continuously updated.
9.3
Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchasing a resource does not automatically entitle you to future editions, replacements or updated versions.
10. Student Responsibility
10.1
My resources are intended to support legitimate education, study and revision.
10.2
Students remain responsible for following the rules and requirements of their school, examination board and educational institution.
10.3
My resources must not be used for cheating, plagiarism, academic misconduct or any activity prohibited by an examination board or educational institution.
11. Limitation of Responsibility
11.1
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for losses arising solely from a student’s academic performance, failure to revise, examination performance or reliance on a resource instead of checking current official examination information.
11.2
I do not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party platforms, websites or services used to sell, host, deliver or access my resources.
11.3
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
11.4
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
12. Changes to These Terms
12.1
I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example where my products, business practices or applicable requirements change.
12.2
The version applicable to a purchase will normally be the terms presented or made available in connection with that purchase.
13. Governing Law
13.1
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
13.2
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Acceptance of Terms
14.1
By purchasing, downloading or accessing my resources, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
14.2
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not purchase or access the resources.
