Please read the following carefully prior to booking your private session with Beyond Belief (Teena Montgomery). By making a booking you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
General
All sessions are offered via Zoom or phone unless otherwise agreed.
Readings and healings are for guidance, clarity and wellbeing support only. They are not a substitute for professional advice in areas such as medical, legal, financial, or psychological matters. You are responsible for your own choices and actions following a session.
All clients must be 18 years of age or older, unless written parental/guardian consent is provided.
Booking Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
Please ensure Zoom is installed on your device, with your audio and microphone working prior to your session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled session time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your session will be cancelled and no refund issued.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund issued).
Rescheduling within the 24-hour window is not permitted.
Session Guidelines
To make the most of your time, please come prepared with any questions or focus areas you would like addressed.
Sessions are strictly limited to the booked time to respect subsequent clients.
Any follow-up questions after your session will require a new paid booking.
