Terms and Conditions

Please read the following carefully prior to booking your private session with Beyond Belief (Teena Montgomery). By making a booking you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

General

  • All sessions are offered via Zoom or phone unless otherwise agreed.

  • Readings and healings are for guidance, clarity and wellbeing support only. They are not a substitute for professional advice in areas such as medical, legal, financial, or psychological matters. You are responsible for your own choices and actions following a session.

  • All clients must be 18 years of age or older, unless written parental/guardian consent is provided.

Booking Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

  • Please ensure Zoom is installed on your device, with your audio and microphone working prior to your session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled session time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your session will be cancelled and no refund issued.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund issued).

  • Rescheduling within the 24-hour window is not permitted.

Session Guidelines

  • To make the most of your time, please come prepared with any questions or focus areas you would like addressed.

  • Sessions are strictly limited to the booked time to respect subsequent clients.

  • Any follow-up questions after your session will require a new paid booking.

Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds are provided for completed sessions or for late cancellations/no-shows.
