Last Updated: September 25, 2026
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING ANY MEL AUTOMATIONS PRODUCT.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases from and use of digital products, downloadable files, templates, automation blueprints, guides, training materials, videos, prompts, and other content offered by MEL Automations (“MEL Automations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing a product from MEL Automations and checking the box indicating that you agree to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not complete the purchase.

• Automation blueprint files
• JSON or other configuration files
• Setup and implementation guides

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated on the applicable product page.
2. THE 60-SECOND AI LEAD-TO-CALL BOOKER BLUEPRINT
The 60-Second AI Lead-To-Call Booker Blueprint is a digital automation product designed to help users create and configure an automated lead follow-up workflow.
The product may include an automation blueprint, implementation instructions, prompt templates, training materials, marketing resources, and other related digital materials.
References to “60-Second” describe the intended automation concept and workflow design. They do not constitute a guarantee that every lead will receive a message within exactly 60 seconds.
Actual processing and delivery times may vary because of internet connectivity, third-party platforms, API availability, customer configuration, account limitations, outages, rate limits, errors, or other circumstances outside MEL Automations’ control.
3. LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE
When you purchase a MEL Automations digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased materials for your own personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.
You may customize an automation or template for use within your own business.
Unless MEL Automations expressly provides written permission, you may NOT:
• Resell the purchased product or files.
• Redistribute the purchased product or files.
• Share the files with others who have not purchased them.
• Upload the files to file-sharing websites or public repositories.
• Give away copies of the product.
• Repackage the product and sell it as your own.
• Claim authorship or ownership of MEL Automations materials.
• Sell, sublicense, license, or commercially distribute the underlying blueprint, guides, prompts, videos, templates, or other materials.
• Use MEL Automations intellectual property to create a substantially identical competing digital product for resale.
• Remove copyright, ownership, branding, or proprietary notices from materials where such notices are included.
If you are implementing an automation for your own company, employees and contractors may access the materials only as reasonably necessary to implement the product for that same business and must not independently copy, distribute, sell, or reuse the materials for other businesses.
Any separate reseller, affiliate, agency, commercial redistribution, or multi-client license must be expressly authorized by MEL Automations in writing.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Except for third-party trademarks, software, platforms, logos, or other third-party materials, the original content provided by MEL Automations—including original written guides, instructions, prompts, graphics, templates, training materials, videos, and automation materials—is owned by or licensed to MEL Automations and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants the purchaser ownership of MEL Automations trademarks, branding, copyrights, trade secrets, or other intellectual property.
All third-party trademarks, product names, company names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party services do not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SOFTWARE
MEL Automations products may be designed to work with third-party platforms and services, which may include services such as Make, OpenAI, Twilio, scheduling platforms, email providers, CRM systems, web forms, APIs, and other software or services.
These third-party services are separate from MEL Automations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, your purchase from MEL Automations does NOT include:
• Third-party subscriptions
• API usage fees
• SMS or telecommunications charges
• OpenAI or other AI usage charges
• Make or other automation-platform fees
• Twilio charges
• Domain or hosting fees
• Scheduling-platform fees
• CRM fees
• Advertising expenses

• Following the provided instructions.
• Entering your own account credentials and API information.
• Protecting your passwords, API keys, tokens, and account credentials.
• Configuring third-party services correctly.
• Testing your automation before using it with live customers or leads.
• Monitoring the automation after implementation.
• Maintaining your third-party accounts.
• Complying with the policies of all third-party services you use.
• Keeping backups of important information.
• Reviewing messages and workflows for accuracy and suitability for your business.
You should never publicly share passwords, secret API keys, access tokens, or other sensitive account credentials.
7. SMS, EMAIL, MARKETING, AND CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS
If you use a MEL Automations product to send SMS messages, emails, marketing communications, automated messages, or other communications, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all laws, regulations, consent requirements, opt-out requirements, carrier rules, platform policies, and industry requirements applicable to your business and recipients.
MEL Automations does not provide legal approval for your marketing campaigns, lead lists, consent procedures, or communications.
You are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent before contacting leads or customers and for honoring applicable opt-out and unsubscribe requests.
8. AI-GENERATED CONTENT
Some MEL Automations products may use artificial intelligence services to generate or personalize content.
AI-generated content can contain errors, inaccuracies, inappropriate wording, or unexpected results.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and determining whether it is appropriate and accurate before relying on or using it in your business.
MEL Automations does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or suitability of AI-generated content.
9. NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS RESULTS
MEL Automations provides tools, templates, automation resources, and educational information.
We do not guarantee:
• A specific number of leads.
• A specific number of booked calls.
• A specific response rate.
• A specific conversion rate.
• Increased sales or revenue.
• Increased profits.
• Customer acquisition.
• Business growth.
• Advertising performance.
• Any specific financial result.
• That an automation will operate continuously without interruption.
Your results depend on numerous factors outside MEL Automations’ control, including your market, offer, pricing, traffic, lead quality, sales process, implementation, customer demand, third-party platforms, and business decisions.
Any examples or demonstrations are illustrative and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.
10. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
MEL Automations materials are provided for educational, informational, and business-automation purposes.
Nothing provided by MEL Automations constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, employment, regulatory, or other licensed professional advice.
You should consult an appropriate qualified professional when advice in one of those areas is required.
11. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Digital products are generally made available electronically after successful payment.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email account used for your purchase.
If you experience a legitimate technical problem accessing a purchased product, contact:
ops.melautomations@gmail.com
We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve legitimate delivery or access problems.
12. REFUND POLICY
Because MEL Automations products consist primarily of digital files, downloadable materials, templates, blueprints, and other electronically delivered content that can be accessed or copied after delivery, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly offered by MEL Automations.
Before purchasing, please review the product description and requirements carefully.
If you experience a genuine technical delivery problem that prevents you from accessing the product, contact:
ops.melautomations@gmail.com
Please provide your name, purchase email address, order information, and a description of the problem.
MEL Automations may first attempt to correct the delivery or access issue.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available to a purchaser under applicable law.
13. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe there is an error with your purchase, please contact MEL Automations at ops.melautomations@gmail.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Initiating a payment dispute does not automatically determine whether a refund is owed.
MEL Automations reserves the right to provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant transaction records, delivery records, communications, product-access information, and evidence that the purchaser accepted these Terms, as permitted by law and applicable payment-processing rules.
14. PRODUCT UPDATES AND COMPATIBILITY
Technology changes frequently.
Third-party platforms may change their interfaces, APIs, pricing, functionality, requirements, or policies after a MEL Automations product is created.
Unless expressly included with a particular purchase, the purchase of a digital product does not create an obligation for MEL Automations to provide perpetual updates, unlimited support, custom development, or lifetime compatibility with third-party software.
MEL Automations may update products or documentation from time to time at its discretion.
15. SUPPORT
Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, purchase of a digital product does not include unlimited consulting, custom automation development, account configuration, or ongoing technical support.
Any support specifically included with a product will be described on the applicable product page or accompanying materials.
16. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use MEL Automations products for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
You may not use the products in a manner that violates applicable laws or the terms and policies of third-party services.
You are responsible for how you deploy and operate any automation created using MEL Automations materials.
17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEL AUTOMATIONS PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
MEL AUTOMATIONS MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT A PRODUCT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY SYSTEM OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY BUSINESS OR PURPOSE.
MEL AUTOMATIONS DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEL AUTOMATIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE PURCHASE OR USE OF MEL AUTOMATIONS PRODUCTS, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEL AUTOMATIONS’ AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO MEL AUTOMATIONS FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
19. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold MEL Automations harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the purchased materials, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another party’s rights, or communications you send using an automation you implement, except to the extent caused by MEL Automations’ own conduct for which liability cannot legally be excluded.
20. PRIVACY AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Information submitted in connection with a purchase may be processed by MEL Automations and by third-party providers involved in operating the storefront, processing payments, delivering products, sending communications, or providing related services.
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors rather than directly by MEL Automations.
You are responsible for reviewing the privacy practices of third-party services you independently choose to use with MEL Automations products.
21. ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS
By completing an online purchase and affirmatively accepting these Terms at checkout, you consent to conducting the transaction electronically and to receiving transaction-related communications electronically, subject to applicable law.
You should retain a copy of these Terms and your purchase confirmation for your records.
22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
MEL Automations may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will apply prospectively from the effective date of the updated Terms unless applicable law provides otherwise.
The Terms presented and accepted at the time of a particular purchase will govern that transaction except where applicable law requires otherwise or the parties subsequently agree to different terms.
23. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
24. NO WAIVER
Failure by MEL Automations to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
25. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and purchases from MEL Automations are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that another jurisdiction’s law or consumer-protection requirements must apply and cannot lawfully be waived.
Subject to any non-waivable rights available under applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or a purchase from MEL Automations shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Florida.
26. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the applicable product description, checkout information, and any policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement between MEL Automations and the purchaser concerning the applicable purchase and supersede prior representations concerning that purchase, except where otherwise required by law.
