Big Momma Binder provides educational information, organizational tools, templates, worksheets, and court preparation resources for self represented consumers. Nothing provided through Big Momma Binder constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney client relationship.
I am not an attorney and do not represent customers in court. You are responsible for reviewing your own court documents, deadlines, local rules, state laws, filing requirements, and individual circumstances. When appropriate, consult a licensed attorney.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Big Momma Binder does not guarantee that you will win your case, receive a dismissal, avoid a judgment, or achieve any particular legal result. Every case is different and outcomes depend on the facts, evidence, applicable law, court procedures, and decisions of the court.

Digital Product Refund Policy
Because customers receive immediate access to downloadable digital materials, digital product purchases are generally final and nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law.

1:1 Strategy Sessions
Big Momma Binder strategy sessions provide educational support, organization assistance, and guidance on using the Big Momma Binder System.
Sessions do not include legal representation, legal advice, preparation of legal opinions, or a promise regarding the outcome of your case.
Customers should have their court documents and Big Momma Binder materials available during the scheduled session.
Missed appointments and late arrivals may reduce the amount of available session time. Rescheduling requests should be submitted as early as possible.
Customer Responsibility
You remain solely responsible for all decisions regarding your case, including what documents you sign, file, serve, submit, or present to a court.
You are also responsible for confirming filing deadlines and requirements directly with your court or another reliable official source.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Momma Binder is not responsible for losses, damages, missed deadlines, court decisions, filing errors, or other consequences resulting from a customer's use or misuse of the educational materials or services.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Agreement
By completing your purchase or booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
