By purchasing coaching services, memberships, or programs from Baylee Falk Coaching LLC (“Company”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. No Refund Policy

    • All payments made in full are non-refundable. By paying in full, you acknowledge that no refunds, partial or full, will be issued for any reason.

    • For month-to-month plans with a minimum commitment, you are responsible for paying the full minimum commitment amount, regardless of early termination.

    • For monthly memberships with no minimum commitment, you may cancel at any time by emailing bizbybaylee@gmail.com or sending a direct message to @bizbybaylee on Instagram. However, once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable. You must cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

  2. Payment Responsibility

    • You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and up to date. Failed or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to coaching services or memberships.

  3. Results Disclaimer

    • Baylee Falk Coaching LLC provides coaching, tools, and resources intended to support personal and business growth. However, the Company does not guarantee specific results, income levels, or business outcomes.

    • You understand and agree that your success depends on your own effort, discipline, and implementation of the material provided.

  4. Limitation of Liability

    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baylee Falk Coaching LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from your participation in coaching services, programs, or memberships.

    • You acknowledge that coaching is not therapy, legal, tax, or financial advice, and you remain solely responsible for all decisions and actions in your business and personal life.

  5. Modification of Terms

    • Baylee Falk Coaching LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
