I find these calls are very helpful to people to become aware of what Lean Six Sigma is, how it can help them, and cut through any confusion they might have. For example, the certification process can be confusing, so I want to help you decide if that's right for you and your situation.
This is not a sales call. I won't recommend any training or certification programs unless you're looking for that. There are many great online resources to get you started (many are free).
