A one-hour live workshop on Zoom for parents who just found out their daughter is self-harming, who suspect something is going on, or who want to be ready before it ever gets that far.🕊️
You're reading this because something in you is afraid.
Maybe you saw something you can't unsee. Maybe she told you. Maybe someone else did. Or maybe nothing has happened, but you know how many girls are hurting and you refuse to wait and see.
You are not overreacting. You are not a bad parent. And you are not alone. 🤍

No one teaches you what to say in the moment you find out your daughter is hurting herself. So you might panic, take over, ask a hundred questions, or freeze, and none of it is because you don't love her.
In this workshop, you'll learn:
🌧️ What's underneath self-harm: the overwhelm, shame, numbness, and pain a girl doesn't know how to hold
🧠 What's happening inside her mind and nervous system when her feelings become too big to handle
😮💨 What to do in the first moments after you find out, and how to stay calm when you're not
💬 What to say, and what never to say, when she opens up (or won't)
🚩 When it's more than self-harm: the warning signs of suicide risk and when to get help right away
🏡 How to make your home safer and more open without punishing her or taking over
🤝 How to find the right professional care and support her alongside it
🌱 How to help her learn to feel her feelings without turning against herself

💛 Parents who just found out their daughter is self-harming
💛 Parents who suspect something is wrong and want to act early
💛 Parents who want to be informed and prepared
This is for parents, not for girls. If your daughter is in immediate danger, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911 right away. If she has an injury that needs medical care, go to the emergency room or call 911.

Breanna Kulwin, M.A. in Spiritual Psychology
I've worked with hundreds and hundreds of girls who have self-harmed, and over 1,000 teen girls and young women in total. I've sat with them in the hardest moments — heard what they say to themselves when the pain gets too big, the thoughts that run through their minds, and the things they're too ashamed to say out loud to the people who love them most.
I understand what's underneath it: the shame, the harsh inner voice that feeds their suffering, the feeling of never being good enough, and a nervous system that has no idea what to do with big feelings. And I've watched girls learn to feel their feelings, speak to themselves with compassion, and come out the other side.
At the heart of her work is one belief: when a girl learns to love and trust herself, she can stay with herself through anything.

The workbook every parent needs before the next hard moment happens.
You're doing everything you know how to do, and she's still pulling away. This workbook shows you the five invisible mistakes moms make when their daughter is struggling, and exactly what to do instead.
Inside, you'll learn:
1️⃣ Mistake #1: Rushing to fix instead of regulate
2️⃣ Mistake #2: Taking her withdrawal or anger personally
3️⃣ Mistake #3: Punishing the behavior instead of addressing what's underneath it
4️⃣ Mistake #4: Forcing conversation when she needs safety, not talking
5️⃣ Mistake #5: Letting your own panic become the loudest thing in the room
Plus:
🧠 The nervous system science behind her reactions
🧬 How inherited patterns shape the way you respond
💛 Breaking the guilt-shame spiral
🤝 What real repair looks like after a blowup, so she feels felt, not fixed
