All sales are final. Due to the digital and energetic nature of these offerings, no refunds, transfers, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances. This includes:

Masterclasses
Group programs
Memberships
Private sessions
Live or recorded events
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no refund policy in full.
3. Payment Plan Agreement
If you choose to purchase via a payment plan, you agree to:
Complete all scheduled payments in full and on time.
Ensure your payment method remains active and has sufficient funds.
Honour the payment commitment regardless of program completion or participation.
Missed or failed payments may result in removal of access to your course or service until payments are up to date. In the event of multiple failed payments, your access may be permanently revoked, and any amounts paid will be forfeited.
By entering a payment plan, you commit to the full financial obligation of the selected offer.
4. Limitation of Liability
All services and programs are provided “as is” with no guarantees of specific results. You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and interpretations. Kristy Trede is not liable for any outcomes related to the use or misuse of the content provided.
5. Scheduling and Sessions
If your purchase includes live sessions or private calls, you are responsible for scheduling them. Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice via email to mavenrae01@gmail.com with the subject line: CALL RESCHEDULE – [date and time].
Missed appointments without proper notice are considered forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
6. Privacy
Your contact details and personal information will be kept confidential. Your information is only used to deliver your product or service, communicate updates, and provide optional marketing emails if you have opted in.
7. Disclaimer
All teachings, guidance, and energy work are intended as tools for spiritual growth and personal insight. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You accept full responsibility for your participation and any decisions you make.

Refrain from unsolicited promotion or sales within any group spaces.
Failure to follow these expectations may result in removal from the program without refund.
