You’ll turn what you know into a clear service that solves a real need, then package it in a way people can understand and buy.

WEEK 4: BRAND IT AND SAY IT

Your brand is more than a logo.

You’ll develop your core message, brand personality, visual direction and the language that helps the right people recognise themselves in your work.

WEEK 5: FIND YOUR PEOPLE

Marketing does not automatically mean Instagram.

You’ll identify where your people already spend their time and create a simple marketing ecosystem that makes sense for your business.

WEEK 6: CREATE CONTENT THAT CONNECTS

You’ll create content pillars, learn how to speak directly to your person and build 30 days of content designed to connect, build trust and lead people towards your offer.

WEEK 7: TURN ATTENTION INTO CLIENTS

You’ll map the journey from someone discovering you to becoming a paying client.

This includes your digital front door, enquiries, bookings, payments, client experience, testimonials, referrals and essential technology.

WEEK 8: PUT IT OUT THERE

Ready is enough.

You’ll create your seven-day Black Sheep launch, decide what success looks like and build your first 90-day plan.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and energetic nature of these offerings, no refunds, transfers, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances. This includes:

  • Group programs

  • Memberships

  • Live or recorded events

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no refund policy in full.

3. Payment Plan Agreement

If you choose to purchase via a payment plan, you agree to:

  • Complete all scheduled payments in full and on time.

  • Ensure your payment method remains active and has sufficient funds.

  • Honour the payment commitment regardless of program completion or participation.

Missed or failed payments may result in removal of access to your course or service until payments are up to date. In the event of multiple failed payments, your access may be permanently revoked, and any amounts paid will be forfeited.

By entering a payment plan, you commit to the full financial obligation of the selected offer.

4. Limitation of Liability

5. Scheduling and Sessions

If your purchase includes live sessions or private calls, you are responsible for scheduling them. Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice via email to mavenrae01@gmail.com with the subject line: CALL RESCHEDULE – [date and time].

Missed appointments without proper notice are considered forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Your contact details and personal information will be kept confidential. Your information is only used to deliver your product or service, communicate updates, and provide optional marketing emails if you have opted in.
