Born and raised in New York City, Sumaya came from humble beginnings as the eldest child of immigrant parents. She quit her hospital job and took an 8-month sabbatical to figure out her next move. Deep down, she knew her purpose was to help people heal, but medicine couldn\u2019t be the only way. That\u2019s when a childhood friend introduced her to hypnotherapy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
