By accessing the BluePrint Short Sales coaching services, website, materials, or community (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you signify your consent to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our Services.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your access to and use of BluePrint Short Sales coaching services, website, and all related content operated by BLUEPRINT SHORT SALES (collectively the "Services") are subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing, browsing, or using the Services, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and BluePrint Short Sales regarding these Services are superseded and of no force or effect.
2. MEMBERSHIP AND FEES
2.1 Membership Requirement: Access to BluePrint Short Sales coaching services, resources, and community requires an active membership.
2.2 Monthly Fee: Membership requires payment of a recurring monthly fee. The current fee structure will be clearly displayed on our website or provided during the enrollment process.
2.3 Payment Terms: You agree to pay all fees associated with your membership. By providing payment information, you authorize BluePrint Short Sales to charge the designated payment method for the membership fee on a recurring monthly basis until your membership is canceled.
2.4 Fee Changes: BluePrint Short Sales reserves the right to modify membership fees with 30 days' notice. Notice of any fee change will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
2.5 No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our coaching services and immediate access to proprietary content, all membership payments are non-refundable.
3. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE
3.1 Confidential Information: All content, training materials, strategies, methodologies, resources, and information provided through the Services are considered confidential and proprietary information of BluePrint Short Sales.
3.2 Non-Disclosure Agreement: By accessing our Services, you expressly agree NOT to share, distribute, copy, reproduce, or disclose any BluePrint Short Sales content, materials, or methodologies with any non-members or third parties.
3.3 Single-User License: Your membership grants a single-user license to access and use the Services for your personal professional development only. Group viewing or sharing of access credentials is strictly prohibited.
3.4 Prohibited Actions: You may not:
Share your login credentials with others
Record, copy, or distribute any coaching sessions or materials
Create derivative works based on our content
Resell or repurpose any BluePrint Short Sales methodologies or strategies
Allow others to access membership content through your account
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
4.1 Ownership: All content, videos, training materials, products, services, and other materials made available through the Services, as well as the design and appearance of all the foregoing, are the property of BluePrint Short Sales and/or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions and current membership status, BluePrint Short Sales grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal professional purposes.
4.3 Restrictions: No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or downloaded in any way unless written permission is expressly granted by BluePrint Short Sales. Modification of the content or use of the content for any other purpose is a violation of BluePrint Short Sales' intellectual property rights.
5. ACCOUNT SECURITY
5.1 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
5.2 Unauthorized Access: You must immediately notify BluePrint Short Sales of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
5.3 Account Termination: BluePrint Short Sales reserves the right to terminate your account if there is evidence of account sharing or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
6. TERMINATION
6.1 Termination by User: You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice to BluePrint Short Sales. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
6.2 Termination by BluePrint Short Sales: BluePrint Short Sales reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without notice or liability, if you breach these Terms and Conditions, particularly the confidentiality and non-disclosure provisions.
6.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease immediately. All sections of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranties, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
7.1 "As Is" Basis: All Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7.2 No Income Guarantee: BluePrint Short Sales does not warrant or make any representations or guarantees that you will earn any specific amount of money or achieve particular results using the Services. Your success depends on various factors including your experience, expertise, skills, and the time and effort you devote to applying the strategies taught.
7.3 Technical Issues: BluePrint Short Sales does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services are free from harmful components.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 Limited Liability: In no event shall BluePrint Short Sales be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, whether foreseeable or not, including, but not limited to, damage or loss of property, equipment, information or data, loss of profits, revenue or goodwill.
8.2 Maximum Liability: If, despite the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, BluePrint Short Sales is found to be liable to you for any damage or loss, the liability of BluePrint Short Sales shall be limited to the amount of your most recent monthly membership fee.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold BluePrint Short Sales and each of its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms and Conditions, particularly any violation of the confidentiality and non-disclosure provisions.
10. COACHING APPOINTMENTS
10.1 Scheduling Responsibility: If your membership includes coaching calls or consultation sessions, you are responsible for scheduling them through our designated system.
10.2 Cancellation Policy: All bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide notice at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed appointments will be forfeited.
11. GENERAL PROVISIONS
11.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
11.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
11.3 Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
11.4 Amendments: BluePrint Short Sales reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective when posted on our website with the date of the last revision. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions means that you accept and agree to the changes.
11.5 Complete Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and BluePrint Short Sales regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.
