Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Payment:
Payment in full is required prior to your scheduled session. Your appointment will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled session. Your session may then be rescheduled to another available date and time.

Late Cancellation & Missed Appointments:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, will be charged at the full session fee. The session fee will not be transferred or credited to another appointment in these circumstances.

Refunds:
Once a session has been booked and payment has been received, no refunds will be provided. This includes cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, missed appointments, and no-shows.

By booking and paying for a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
