Clarity & Confidence Call

Clarity & Confidence Call

A$247

Clarity & Confidence Call — $247 CAD

For parents who want expert insight into one specific sleep concern without committing to ongoing support.

This one-off consultation gives us time to look closely at what’s happening, understand your child’s individual sleep needs and create a realistic plan that feels right for your family.

This package is best for concerns such as schedule adjustments, nap transitions, bedtime struggles, early rising or understanding what may be contributing to disrupted sleep. It is not intended for significant changes, complex sleep concerns or hourly wakes that require ongoing troubleshooting.

What’s included:

✓ Detailed intake form covering your child, family and goals
✓ Five days of sleep tracking and in-depth analysis
✓ 75-minute virtual consultation
✓ Personalised sleep guide delivered within 48 hours
✓ Responsive, evidence-based guidance tailored to your family
✓ Plenty of time to ask questions and understand what’s normal

This isn’t controlled crying.

You won’t be given a generic schedule or told to leave your child alone to cry. We’ll look at sleep biology, temperament, your child’s actual sleep needs and what feels sustainable for your household.

This package does not include follow-up support, so it’s best for parents who feel confident implementing their plan independently.

If your goals involve several sleep challenges or you know you’ll want help adjusting the plan, the 3-Call Package or Full Sleep Support Journey will be a better fit.

Not sure? Book a free discovery call and we can decide together. 🤍

Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Please read this Agreement before purchasing or beginning services. By signing electronically, checking an acceptance box, making payment, or using the Services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

This Client Agreement and Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) is between Madison Newbury, operating as Bonded To Sleep (the “Consultant”), and the person purchasing or receiving the Services (the “Client”). It applies to the service or package identified in the Client’s booking confirmation, invoice, or checkout page.

Client Agreement & Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Services

Bonded To Sleep provides individualised sleep education and responsive support for parents and caregivers of babies and children. The Services may include review of intake information and sleep logs, consultations, written recommendations, education, follow-up calls, messaging support, guides, and adjustments to an agreed plan, depending on the package purchased.

The Consultant does not use cry-it-out, Ferber, timed-check, or controlled-crying programs as part of the Services. Recommendations are collaborative and may consider sleep biology, temperament, sensory needs, feeding, family circumstances, parental wellbeing, routines, changing settling, behavioural changes and other relevant factors.

The exact Services, support period, number and length of calls, communication method, response windows, and any included materials are those stated on the booking page or invoice at the time of purchase. The specific services and support included in the Client’s package will be those described on the booking page or invoice at the time of purchase. If there is a difference between those package details and this Agreement, the package details shown at the time of purchase will apply.

2. Education Only and Medical Disclaimer

The Services are educational and supportive. They are not medical care, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, nutrition therapy, or emergency care, and they do not create a health-care-provider relationship.

The Client must consult an appropriate regulated health professional about medical, developmental, feeding, breathing, mental health, medication, or safety concerns. The Client must seek urgent or emergency assistance when circumstances require it and must not delay professional care because of information provided by the Consultant.

The Consultant may suggest that the Client seek medical or other professional assessment before beginning or continuing recommendations. The Consultant may pause or decline Services when a concern falls outside the Consultant’s scope or when professional clearance is reasonably required.

3. Safe Sleep and Parental Responsibility

The Client remains responsible for all parenting, caregiving, health, and safety decisions. The Client agrees to consider current safe-sleep guidance applicable where the family lives and to discuss questions or departures from that guidance with a qualified health professional.

The Client decides whether and how to use any recommendation. The Client must supervise their child appropriately and ensure that the child’s sleep environment, equipment, products, feeding arrangements, and care comply with applicable safety instructions and laws.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide complete and accurate intake information, sleep records, health information, goals, and updates that are relevant to the Services.

  • Tell the Consultant promptly about illness, medication changes, medical concerns, travel, childcare changes, family changes, or other circumstances that may affect sleep or the plan.

  • Participate honestly and respectfully, ask questions when a recommendation is unclear, and communicate if a recommendation does not feel suitable.

  • Use the Services and Materials only for the Client’s own household.

  • Remain responsible for implementing, modifying, or declining recommendations.

5. Fees, Currency and Payment

Fees are shown at checkout or on the invoice in the currency stated there. Unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing, payment is due in full before the Services begin. Payments may be processed by Stripe, Stan, Acuity, or another third-party processor used by Bonded To Sleep.

The Client is responsible for applicable taxes and any fees charged by the Client’s bank or payment provider. When a payment plan is offered, each instalment is part of the total package price and is not a pay-as-you-go arrangement. The Client remains responsible for all instalments after the Services begin, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.

If a payment is overdue, the Consultant may pause calls, messaging, written work, and access to further Services until the account is brought current.

6. Scheduling, Rescheduling and Missed Sessions

The Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a call. A call cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as used. The Consultant may make an exception for an emergency.

If the Client is more than 15 minutes late and has not contacted the Consultant, the call may be treated as missed. If the Consultant must reschedule, the Client will be offered another reasonable time and will not lose the session.

Calls and support must be used within the period stated for the purchased package unless the Consultant agrees otherwise in writing.

The Company reserves the right to change its pricing and payment structure at any time.

7. Cancellations, Refunds and Digital Products

Before Services Begin

The Client may cancel their purchased service or package in writing before the Consultant has begun substantive work. If cancellation is requested before substantive work has begun, the Client will receive a full refund of amounts paid, subject to any applicable non-refundable third-party processing fees where permitted by law.

For the purposes of this Agreement, substantive work begins when the Consultant starts reviewing the Client’s intake information or sleep data, prepares or provides individualised recommendations or materials, holds a consultation, or begins providing messaging or other individualized support.

After Services Have Begun

Once substantive work has begun, fees are non-refundable, including where the Client later decides not to continue with the Services, except where required by applicable law or where the Consultant expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

If the Consultant has begun work but is unable to continue providing the Services for reasons unrelated to Client breach, safety concern, or matter outside the Consultant’s scope, any refund for clearly unused prepaid Services will be handled in accordance with Section 14 of this Agreement.

Digital Products

Downloaded guides, templates, recordings, digital resources, and other digital products are non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

Free discovery calls

Free discovery calls have no cash value and do not create an obligation for either party to purchase or provide paid Services.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Agreement limits or removes any cancellation, refund, quality, or other consumer right that the Client cannot legally waive under applicable law.

8. Package Terms and Continued Support

Single consultations and three-call packages provide the calls, written resources, and follow-up specifically listed at the time of purchase. They are intended for education, troubleshooting, or focused changes and do not include unlimited access or a promise of large-scale change.

The Four-Week Full Support package includes the support described on the booking page. If the agreed goals are reached before the four-week support period ends, the Consultant and Client may agree in writing to bank the unused support for a later need. If the agreed goals are not met by the end of the initial four weeks, the Consultant will continue reasonable support toward those goals without an additional professional fee, provided the Client remains actively engaged and the matter remains within the original scope.

Continued support is collaborative and is not unlimited or a guarantee of results. It may be paused or ended if the Client stops responding for seven consecutive days without prior arrangement, repeatedly misses calls, does not provide information reasonably needed to continue, behaves abusively, fails to pay an amount due, or if new medical, safety, or family circumstances materially change the original scope.

The parties may agree in writing to revise the goals, pause support, or begin a new package.

9. Communication and Availability

Support is provided through the communication channels and during the availability windows stated for the package. Messaging support is not monitored continuously and is not an emergency service.

Response times may be longer outside business hours, on Fridays, weekends, statutory holidays, during planned time away, or because of illness or emergency.

The Client must not use direct messages on the Consultant’s public social-media accounts for urgent, medical, or package support unless the Consultant has specifically chosen that channel or agrees that it is fine to do so.

10. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Every child and family is different. The Consultant does not guarantee that a child will sleep through the night, sleep independently, stop waking, follow a particular schedule, reach a goal by a specific date, or achieve any other result. Sleep can change because of development, health, feeding, environment, temperament, family circumstances, and factors outside either party’s control.

The Consultant will use reasonable care and professional judgment and will adjust recommendations collaboratively. Payment is for the Consultant’s time, education, analysis, and support, not for a guaranteed outcome.

11. Privacy and Confidentiality

The Consultant will collect, use, store, and disclose personal information only as reasonably needed to provide and administer the Services, process payment, maintain business records, comply with law, and carry out any additional purpose to which the Client has consented.

Services may rely on third-party platforms for scheduling, payment, forms, video calls, sleep tracking, email, messaging, file storage, or digital delivery. Those providers have their own privacy and security practices. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Each party will treat private personal and family information received through the Services as confidential, subject to consent, service administration, professional advice, legal requirements, safety concerns, and the Consultant’s privacy policy. The Client should avoid sending unnecessarily sensitive information through social media or unsecured channels.

12. Recordings, Testimonials and Marketing

Calls, video sessions, voice notes, and other communications will not be recorded by the Consultant unless the Client is told in advance and provides consent when required. The Client must not record a call without the Consultant’s knowledge and any consent required by law.

The Consultant may use genuinely anonymised and de-identified themes, general outcomes, or feedback for education or marketing if the information cannot reasonably identify the Client or child. The Consultant will obtain separate written permission before using the Client’s name, image, video, identifiable story, screenshots, or direct testimonial. Permission may be declined without affecting the Services.

13. Ownership and Use of Materials

All guides, plans, reports, templates, videos, training frameworks, messages, and other materials supplied by Bonded To Sleep remain the Consultant’s intellectual property or that of the applicable rights holder.

The Client receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Materials within the Client’s own household. The Client may not copy, publish, upload, sell, license, distribute, teach from, adapt for commercial use, or share the Materials with another family or professional without prior written permission. The Client’s own personal information remains the Client’s information.

14. Respectful Participation and Ending Services

Either party may end the Services by written notice. The Consultant may end or pause Services immediately for non-payment, threatening or abusive conduct, harassment, misuse of Materials, repeated missed sessions, material dishonesty, a safety concern, a matter outside the Consultant’s scope, or a breakdown in the working relationship that makes continued support unreasonable.

If the Client ends the Services after work has begun, unused Services are forfeited and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing. If the Consultant ends the Services without Client breach or a safety or scope concern, the Consultant will provide a fair refund for clearly unused prepaid Services. If the Consultant ends because of Client breach, no refund is required for work completed, reserved capacity, Materials delivered, or losses caused by the breach, subject to applicable law.

15. Service Interruptions

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events reasonably outside their control, including serious illness, family emergency, natural disaster, public-health event, power or internet outage, platform failure, travel disruption, labour disruption, government action, or similar event.

The affected obligations will be paused for as long as reasonably necessary. The parties will try to reschedule or adjust the support period fairly.

16. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonded To Sleep is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from the Services, including loss resulting from a Client’s decision to use, modify, or decline a recommendation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Consultant’s total liability arising from the Agreement or Services will not exceed the amount the Client paid for the specific package giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where they are prohibited by law and do not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Independent Business Relationship

The Consultant is an independent service provider. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, or health-care-provider relationship between the parties.

The Client may not assign or transfer the Services to another person without written permission.

18. Notices and Electronic Acceptance

Notices under this Agreement may be sent to the email address used for booking or to the current contact address provided by Bonded To Sleep.

Electronic signatures, acceptance boxes, payment followed by use of the Services, and electronic copies of this Agreement are intended to have the same effect as signed paper records to the extent permitted by law.

The Client must keep their contact information current. A notice sent by email is treated as received when sent unless the sender receives a delivery failure message.

19. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties submit to the courts of Ontario, except where applicable consumer law gives the Client a non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere.

If the Services are purchased by a Client outside Ontario, mandatory consumer, privacy, and other laws in the Client’s jurisdiction may also apply.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

20. General Terms

This Agreement, together with the package description, booking confirmation, invoice, and any written package-specific terms, forms the entire agreement about the Services and replaces earlier discussions or representations about the same purchase.

Any amendment must be in writing and accepted by both parties. If one term is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary and the remaining terms will continue.

A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience and do not change the meaning of the Agreement.

Client Acceptance

By signing or accepting electronically, the Client confirms that they have read and understood this Agreement, had the opportunity to ask questions, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
