Breastfeeding help that feels a little more human. IBCLC + Mom of 4.

Boob Basics

Boob Basics

$9

You don’t need to memorize 47 breastfeeding rules before your baby gets here. You just need to know what actually matters.

Boob Basics is a simple, real life breastfeeding class you can watch at your own pace, whenever it works for you. Taught by me, an IBCLC (and mom of four) who wants you to walk into those first few days feeling prepared, not overwhelmed.

Inside Boob Basics, we'll cover:

• Colostrum harvesting - when and how to start, how to hand express, and what to do with what you collect

• What breastfeeding actually looks like in the first few days

• How to know your baby is getting enough

• What makes a good latch (without obsessing over perfection)

• How your milk supply gets established

• What to do when things don’t go exactly according to plan

PLUS: You’ll get The Boob Book included as a bonus. 📖

Watch the class while you’re pregnant, then keep the ebook handy to come back to when your baby is actually here (including during those 2 a.m. “is this normal?!” moments).

No pressure to breastfeed perfectly. No information overload. No rigid rules.

Just the stuff I wish every mom knew before she had a hungry newborn in her arms. 🤍

I felt so prepared and informed after your class and all the staff at the hospital commented on how educated I was and comitted to making it happen. I felt like a rockstar when he latched on and I could tell he was really getting milk from me. It has definitely been a learning curve, but we are just keeping at it, as he gets stronger I know he will latch longer and feed better. Then we will hopefully get to the place where I don't have to pump anymore. But knowing what I did from you class has been worth every penny for the peace of mind that it has given me and helped me prepare for this, thank you!!

I was looking to exclusively breastfeed my 2nd baby. I have found Dana to be very professional and knowledgable. She took the time to get to know me and my situation and was given time to ask questions whenever I required. She helped me when I was unsure of my latch and gave me useful pointers that really helped me on my journey. We live in different continents yet she managed to provide help and care thanks to technology. Forever grateful for you help, many thanks!

Yes! Got to read it right before giving birth this week 😅 I love that all the tips I would have spent hours googling is put together in one pdf. I’ve been doing all the tips under “Ensuring Effective Nursing” my milk hasn’t fully come in yet but I feel like I’m seeing a difference than with my first. Also ordered moringa, excited to see what that brings once we get home! And the note about fenugreek was helpful, I live in Germany and any lactation help products or supplements never really worked for me, but almost all have fenugreek so that may be why! All in all it’s really nice to have all this helpful info put together in a really digestible way 👍🏻

I read "The boob book” in one evening. As a first time mom I had a lot of questions about breastfeeding. Now I feel that I did everything that’s possible to feel prepared, at least in theory :) this topic stopped being wrapped in a mystery and something that we just expect to happen naturally, now I feel that I have the tools to deal with it if and to set myself up for the best result from the very first moments.
