What You’ll Get

Once your form + fee are submitted, our team will:

• Review your travel goals, dates, and budget

• Curate customized itinerary options (resorts/cruises, flights, activities, transfers)

• Share clear next steps to secure your trip

Good news: Your paid Research Fee will be applied to your final booking balance when you confirm a package provided by Her Luxe Retreat.

How It Works

1. Complete the Trip Request Form (accurate details = better options)

2. Pay the non-refundable Research Fee to initiate services

3. Receive curated quotes for your package

4. Choose your favorite option & book — your fee is applied to your booking

5. Add Travel Insurance (highly recommended) to protect your investment

If you don’t book a package from the quotes provided, we’ll hold your Research Fee on file for six (6) months from the payment date. You may apply it to a future trip booked with Her Luxe Retreat within that six-month window. After six months, the fee is forfeited.

What is an Initiation of Services?

• Non-refundable, non-transferable fee (Waived, refundable only upon completion of final payment, non-refundable should there be a cancellation due to the nature of work involved).

• Required to begin research and quoting. We are a luxury planning company. We plan. You relax. Book. Then go. That simple.

• The fee? Applied to your booking once you confirm a package from the quotes provided

• Don’t see one that works for you? No worries. Your service fee is held on file for 6 months if you do not book from the initial quotes.

• Why? With over 30,000+ guest in our network, planning custom trips is an honor we take seriously. In order to provide the best service our process in place allows us to maintain high level service and efficiency prioritizing serious customers.

Terms & Conditions (Please Read)

By paying the Research Fee and/or any invoice to Her Luxe Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All payments to Her Luxe Retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Payment signifies consent for services and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against trip interruption, delays, medical needs, baggage issues, or other unforeseen events.

• Quotes are subject to change until deposits are paid (pricing, availability, taxes, airline schedules, supplier terms).

• Client is responsible for valid passports/IDs, visas, entry requirements, and travel health advisories for each destination.

• Her Luxe Retreat acts as an independent travel planning agency and is not liable for the acts/omissions of airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, or other suppliers.

• Missed payments may result in cancellation by suppliers per their policies; reinstatement is not guaranteed.

• All changes, cancellations, and refunds (if any) are governed by supplier terms, which may carry fees in addition to Her Luxe Retreat policies.

• The Research Fee will remain on file for six (6) months from the date of payment and may be applied one time to a qualifying new booking with Her Luxe Retreat. After six months, it expires.

• If the quote provided does not work for you, you are permitted one destination change in which your fee will be applied to that trip (should you book) after that you have within six months to book a trip. Price is subject to change and based on availability.

What We Need From You

• Traveler name(s) as shown on ID/passport

• Email + phone

• Departure city + preferred dates (or date range)

• Destination(s) + vibe (relaxation, adventure, culture, wellness, celebration)

• Budget range (total or per person)

• Room/cabin type & bed setup

• Flight needs (airline preferences, class, times)

• Special occasions, accessibility needs, loyalty programs

• Add-ons you want (excursions, spa, private driver, photographer, etc.)

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect your investment. If you decline insurance, you accept full responsibility for any loss.

FAQs

Q: Do you start researching before I pay the fee?
A: No. Research begins after your form and non-refundable Research Fee are received.

Q: What if none of the quotes work for me?
A: Your Research Fee stays on file for six (6) months to apply toward a future booking with us. After six months, it’s forfeited.

Q: Is the Research Fee an extra charge?
A: It’s non-refundable but applied to your final trip cost when you book one of the provided packages through Her Luxe Retreat.You can also use Klarna or AfterPay to secure your service initiation. We love to work with all of our clients.

Q: Can I transfer my fee to someone else?
A: No. All fees and payments to Her Luxe Retreat are non-transferable.
