Call & Booking Policy
If your purchase includes a call with the Company, it is your responsibility to schedule and attend it. All bookings are non-refundable. If you must cancel, email [bossbabee.store@gmail.com] with the subject “CALL CANCELLATION - \[date & time]” at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the call.
Indemnification
