By purchasing this offer from Brandify Marketing LLC, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service

This purchase is for a 60-minute 1:1 Marketing Strategy Call with Lorena Jordan Decker of Brandify Marketing LLC. The call is intended to provide strategic guidance, recommendations, and clarity based on the information you share before and during the session.

2. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

3. No Refunds

Because your purchase reserves time on my calendar and is a service-based offer, all sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule your call, please email lorena@brandify.co at least 48 hours in advance.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or do not show up for your scheduled call, you will forfeit the session.

5. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for completing any pre-call questionnaire or providing the requested information before the session. The quality of the session depends in part on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. If you are not able to complete the pre-call questionnaire, it is ok, and we can still proceed with the call. I do recommend, however, that you complete the pre-call questionnaire.

6. No Guarantees

This strategy call is designed to provide insight, direction, and practical recommendations. However, no specific results, income, sales, or business outcomes are guaranteed. Your results depend on many factors, including your business, execution, timing, market conditions, and follow-through.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, recommendations, frameworks, and content shared during the call remain the intellectual property of Brandify Marketing LLC unless otherwise stated. These materials are for your personal business use only and may not be copied, resold, distributed, or republished without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing this offer, you agree that Brandify Marketing LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the call or your use of any recommendations provided.
