This is your space to pause - to step away from the noise of everyday life and land back in yourself.

Every month, we meet live on Zoom for 2 hours of breathwork and energy healing. Malin will guide you through a journey with your breath - helping you drop out of your head, into your body, and into your heart. Jonas will hold the space with group energy healing, supporting you to release what’s heavy, restore your balance, and feel more like you again.

You don’t need any experience - just a safe spot to lie down, your willingness to show up for yourself, and maybe a blanket and a glass of water. We’ll take care of the rest.

Some sessions feel soft and nourishing. Others are deep and powerful. Sometimes there’s laughter, sometimes there are tears - often both. That’s the beauty of it.

It’s not about “fixing” yourself. It’s about creating space to feel, to let go, to remember.

If you can’t join us live, we’ll upload the recording afterwards - and because we’re working with energy, time and distance don’t matter. You’ll still receive exactly what you need.

We’ll also share the tools we use and invite other beautiful humans to share their magic with us. This is a living, breathing space and you’re part of it.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE OR PURCHASING FROM BREATHE & HEAL.

By using this website or making a purchase, you signify your consent to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the website or purchase from Breathe & Heal.

Your access to and use of this website, as well as all related websites operated by Malin Pousette and Jonas Andersson Straume (“Breathe & Heal,” “we,” “our,” “us”), is subject to the following Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that they supersede any other agreements between you and Breathe & Heal.

1. Participation & Health Disclaimer

All Breathe & Heal sessions, whether in-person or online, are voluntary. You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during and after participation. Breathwork and healing can be powerful experiences and may bring up physical sensations or emotional responses. You agree to take part at your own risk and to stop or adjust your participation if needed.

Breathwork is not recommended if you are:

  • Pregnant

  • Have severe cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, recent surgery, or any other serious medical condition that may be affected by intense breathing

  • Under the influence of drugs or alcohol

If you are unsure about your ability to participate safely, consult with your doctor before booking. You are always welcome to join with natural, gentle breathing and simply be present.

2. Payments & Currency

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

  • Your booking is confirmed only once payment has been processed.

  • Breathe & Heal is not responsible for any currency conversion differences, bank fees, or exchange rate changes before, during, or after purchase, including in the case of refunds.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • In-person events: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations after this time are non-refundable.

  • Online sessions, courses, and digital products: All sales are final and non-refundable once purchased.

  • If Breathe & Heal cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking.

Due to the nature of digital products, there are no refunds once access has been granted. We are not responsible for any differences in the amount refunded due to currency fluctuations or bank fees.

4. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All content, including videos, audio recordings, scripts, meditations, text, graphics, and any other materials provided by Breathe & Heal (the “Content”) is the property of Breathe & Heal and/or its third-party providers, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. No Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, used for public or commercial purposes, or downloaded without our express written permission.

5. Privacy

Personal information provided during booking will only be used for communication, event delivery, and related purposes. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

6. Liability Waiver

By booking and participating, you release Malin Pousette and Jonas Andersson Straume from all liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of your participation. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own safety, health, and wellbeing.

Neither Breathe & Heal nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Site or any Content shall be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Site or participation in any offering.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Breathe & Heal, its owners, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or participation in our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.

9. Agreement

By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
