One-session of relationship coaching (video or audio call) to effectively guide and re-calibrate.

This is a 1-hour one-on-one session with me, Dr. Brianna Diorio.

Whether you're healing from heartbreak, rebuilding after a major setback, or simply tired of repeating the same cycles, this process helps you rewire your responses, reconnect to your natural confidence (feminine or masculine), and step into healthier patterns of giving and receiving — in love, work, and everyday life.

  The first moment which allows you to truly feel 'seen and heard' as we get background information which shine a light on both conscious and unconscious patterns.

• Session
  1 hr. (video or audio call)

  
  Through active listening and my holistic understanding on body and mind, we observe pain points and areas of strengths.  Guided reflections and intentional prompts throughout the session will be another tool to give actionable steps towards healing and optimizing your life.

• Follow-up email

  A recap of our session together, along with prompts & additional resources to further your development.

• Policies: All transactions are final and non-refundable and must be used within 6 months.

  • 24-hour cancellation required for rescheduling. No-shows will not be rescheduled.
