$9.99
This workbook will guide you through a step by step process to decode your personal frequency signature, which you can see as the vibration of your soul. This workbook is designed to be a continuation of the Soul Work Workbook and contains references to it, so for the best results please download my Soul Work Workbook prior to this one.
The contents of this workbook include:
Definitions and explanations of the science behind your personal frequency.
Shadow Work prompts to assist you in tapping into and decoding your personal energy.
Instructions and methods toward evaluating your progress as you continue this work.
This workbook is not meant to be a hard and fast shortcut to circumvent the deeply personal journey of tapping into your spiritual self. If you feel overwhelmed, it is intended for you to work on in pieces and be incorporated into your spiritual practice however you see fit, whether that is including it in your meditations, spell work, moon rituals, and more. It is best intended for those seeking to understand themselves to the fullest possible extent and will require patience. It's a marathon, not a sprint, so enjoy the ride on which this workbook will take you!
