October 2026 DFY Revenue Engine Build
Updated October 15, 2026. These specific terms apply to the 7-Day Revenue Engine Build offered at $1,999 paid in full or three monthly payments of $797 ($2,391 total). They take precedence over any conflicting general terms below or in our linked policies.
Build schedule: Seven days of build time begins after onboarding is complete, required account access is provided and your start date is confirmed. You complete onboarding, provide access and respond to approvals; our team handles the setup, testing and launch.
90-day first-sale guarantee: If your funnel has not produced a single sale 90 days after launch, we refund what you paid for the build. This applies to both payment options, even after access is granted, onboarding begins or work starts. A general no-refund clause or 14-day request window does not override this guarantee. Email hello@assetacademy.io with your checkout email and order details to request your build-fee refund. Advertising spend and other separately purchased costs are not build payments.
Three payments, then done: The payment plan charges $797 at checkout, then $797 one month later and $797 the following month. Total: $2,391. After the third successful installment, the build is paid in full. There is no fourth installment or ongoing membership charge. This is payment for one build, not a cancel-anytime membership. A failed payment does not add an installment to the agreed total.
Onboarding: Instructions are available immediately after successful checkout. Email your Zoom email to hello@assetacademy.io from the address used at checkout. Our team responds within 24 hours with the onboarding invitation and required-access checklist.
Included costs: Software, hosting and CRM are included as described in the offer. Advertising budget is separate. Any optional costs are confirmed during onboarding before that work begins.
The first-sale guarantee is a build-fee refund promise, not a promise of a particular income or profit. Existing customers retain the terms of their original purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Asset Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our product or services.
2. Digital Product Policy
All products and services provided by Asset Academy are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase. Except where the product-specific guarantee above or the terms provided at purchase state otherwise, no refunds are offered once access is granted and/or services have started.
3. Access and Use
Your access to Asset Academy is for personal use only. Sharing your login details or distributing our content is strictly prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Asset Academy, including digital products, videos, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Asset Academy and Wise Empire LLC. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Asset Academy at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
6. Limitation of Liability
Asset Academy and Wise Empire LLC are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Asset Academy after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by United States law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Asset Academy will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
