This is a free 60-minute in-person consultation designed to assess where you’re at and give you a sneak peek of what coaching with me looks like.

The session is split into two parts:

Part 1 (30 min): Intake

  • Training history & goals

  • Nutrition overview

  • Injury history & limitations

  • What’s working and what’s not

Part 2 (30 min): Trial Session

  • A short training session tailored to your current level

  • A preview of the coaching style and programming

  • Real-time feedback and adjustments

If we’re a good fit, we can discuss next steps — either in-person coaching (10-pack) or a one-time customized training program.

Went from a 170lb skinny kid to a 200lb MONSTER all thanks to Cade! His accountability, knowledge, and training programs are the most underrated out there! If I could do anything different, it would be to tell my younger self to invest in himself with Cade's coaching! My life, energy, body, and mental health have never been this amazing in my entire life! If you're worried about spending some money on this coaching, grow up and save a week's worth of your Starbucks coffee.

“Cade is passionate about mastering the craft of personal fitness. He will not just push you to work harder during your sessions, but he understands how to maximize your time together. He does this through nuanced adjustments in your motion as well as effectively pairing your movements in a super-set. I am a really busy guy, growing my business and my family, so I have only been able to make it to the gym twice a week. For me that fact is torture because I have been a lifelong gym rat, spending 4-5 days in the gym each week. Hitting the gym early in the morning with Cade has put me well on my way to accomplishing my goals, even though it is only twice a week. To make that amount of progress in only 2 sessions a week speaks volume about his effectiveness as a fitness professional.

I started working out with Cade after having worked out with multiple previous trainers. The results I have achieved have been tremendous since working out with Cade. I have dramatically improved my strength and endurance along with eliminating all of my nagging injuries. I will admit that I would sometimes rather sit at my desk than work out, but I have very much enjoyed working out with Cade and I look forward to coming each day.

At my first consult with Cade, I knew he was THE one to help me transform my body. I was recovering from some major health issues and lost 50 lbs. Cade listened to my goals and put together a training plan and we got to work. Cade pushed me when he knew I needed it and I love his energy! It’s real. Not fake rah-rah BS. Cade is very knowledgeable and helped me with some technique tweaks that really worked. If you want to change your body and health, Cade needs to be your first priority. He changed my life!
