You know the basics of eating healthy. But sticking with it (and knowing how much to eat for your goals) is a different story.
You’re trying to lose weight. You’re making an effort. But sometimes you wish someone could look at what you’re eating and help you understand, “Am I on the right track? What could I adjust?”
That’s what I’ve been using AI for.
I check in throughout the day with what I’m eating. It helps me estimate my calories, protein, and fiber, think through portions, and notice habits that might be making progress harder.
But my favorite part? Having somewhere to check in and get feedback instead of trying to figure it all out on my own.
I created this free guide to help you set up your own AI Nutrition Accountability Partner.
Use it to help you:
Figure out a reasonable starting point for how much to eat based on your goals and activity.
Understand how each meal fits into your day and what you may still need.
Stay accountable by checking in with your meals, snacks, and drinks.
Notice patterns, like skipping lunch and getting overly hungry at night, or meals that leave you wanting to snack an hour later.
Make small adjustments that support your weight-loss goals without feeling like you have to start over every Monday.
You can ask, “Am I getting enough protein?” “How much should I put on my plate?” or “Looking at my check-ins this week, what’s one thing I could work on?”
Getting started is simple:
Copy the prompt into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. Answer a few questions about yourself. Then start checking in with your next meal.
You don’t need to know how to calculate calories or macros before you begin. The guide walks you through the setup, with examples of what to say along the way.
You’re still the one making the choices. This gives you a place to check in, learn from what you’re eating, and keep working toward your goals, even on crazy busy days.
AI provides estimates and general guidance. It can help you explore eating patterns, but it can’t determine every reason for a weight plateau or replace a dietitian or healthcare provider.
