I made this for the version of me who sits down on Sunday night with a list a mile long and no idea where to start. You write everything on the Brain Dump page, the work deadline right next to the birthday present and the call you keep meaning to make, and then you paste it into the Weekly Reset AI prompt. It sorts the pile into a realistic week with your top three priorities and a short list of things you have permission to skip, and from there you fill in the planner pages and get on with your night.
The 14 prompts are written for the free versions of ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, so you don't have to pay for anything else. You swap in your own details wherever you see [brackets], paste the prompt into a new chat, and copy the answer onto the planner page it goes with. The whole thing is a 22-page PDF that you can print or write on in a notes app, and my 20 Claude Prompts for Busy Moms comes along as a bonus.
What you get:
A Start Here page that explains the weekly routine in four steps
The Brain Dump page, with spots for home, kids, work, money, you, and the nagging stuff that doesn't fit anywhere else
A Weekly Overview where your family, your work, your big goal, and you each get a row
A Top 3 page with a "Not This Week" list, so the things you're putting off have somewhere to live
The Family Logistics Board for pickups, activities, school dates, and who's covering what with your partner
A Meal Plan and Grocery List page
An Ambition Tracker that takes one 90-day goal and breaks it into three small things you can do this week
A Pocket-Time Planner for the ten minutes in the pickup line, the half hour at practice, naptime, and after bedtime
A Daily Page, a Kid Connection Tracker, the Sunday Reset Checklist, a Weekly Reflection, and a Monthly Goal Map
14 AI prompts on their own pages, each one paired with the planner page it helps with, for things like turning your brain dump into a plan, catching calendar conflicts, splitting chores with your partner and kids, getting through the pile of school emails, planning a birthday, and figuring out dinner from what's already in your fridge
My 20 Claude Prompts for Busy Moms as a bonus PDF (it sells on its own for $10)
A 22-page US Letter PDF that downloads right away
This is for you if you have big goals and little kids, you've bought at least one planner that you stopped using by Wednesday, and you'd like your Sunday planning to be finished before your coffee goes cold.
It's probably not for you if you want a 60-page color-coded system or someone to coach you one on one. This one is short and practical on purpose.
