The Heart of the Matter

Before real estate, I was called to serve through education. Today, I feel called to serve through relationships and community.

Faith UCC has always been a place of welcome, belonging, and bold love. As an open and affirming congregation, we live our faith through inclusion, outreach, and compassion. I wanted to find a way for my business to support the ministry of the church we love — in a way that feels natural and aligned with our values.

That’s how Lives Changed Together began.

How the Program Works

• 1. Stay Connected

  

• Join the community as a Partner in Change.

• You’ll receive occasional real estate insights, homeowner resources, and updates about the impact we are creating together.

  

  2. Make an Introduction

• If someone you know is thinking about buying or selling a home, simply introduce them to Cathy. There is no pressure — just a helpful connection. If Cathy has a formal meeting in person or on zoom with the person you refer, she automatically makes a $55 donation to Faith UCC.

  

  3. Create Impact

• When Cathy meets with someone you refer, $55 is donated to the nonprofit connected with your group.

• If a home closes and the referred person uses Cathy to represent them in the sale or purchase, an additional $500 donation is made to Faith UCC.

• Your connection becomes a ripple that helps change lives.

Real Impact Example

• One simple introduction can create meaningful support.

• Consultation → $55 donated

• Home purchase or sale → $500 donated

• That’s $555 in support created from a single connection.

Lives Changed Together was created with one simple goal:
to turn everyday relationships into meaningful support for our community.

Cathy personally tracks these donations and remains committed to transparency and accountability in the program.

All donations are made by Cathy from her own business income.
Clients and nonprofit organizations are not charged for these donations.

Participants in the program are not compensated for referrals and are not acting as licensed real estate agents.

This program is designed solely to create charitable contributions through community connections.

By becoming a Partner in Change, you agree to receive occasional emails (3-4 a month), that include helpful home value information,  Home Maintenance Tips, Real Estate Updates.  I will probably also call or text you a couple of times a year to check in with you/ wish you Happy Birthday or Happy Home Ownership Anniversary.  You may opt out at any time.
