UGC Playbook Terms & Conditions Last Updated: May 30, 2025 By purchasing or accessing any course, digital product, templates, downloads, or community offered by UGC Playbook ("Course"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. License to Use Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course for your own educational purposes. You may not: Share your login credentials Resell or redistribute the Course Upload Course materials to another website or platform Copy or reproduce Course content Allow others to access your purchased account All Course content remains the property of UGC Playbook.
2. No Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of this product and the immediate access provided after purchase, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided for any reason. Please review the course description carefully before purchasing.
3. Intellectual Property All videos, PDFs, templates, worksheets, graphics, logos, presentations, downloads, copy, branding, and educational materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing this Course does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
4. Prohibited Use You agree not to: Copy or reproduce Course lessons Record Course videos Sell, sublicense, or distribute Course materials Share Course downloads publicly Upload Course materials to file-sharing websites Use AI tools to recreate, rewrite, or reproduce substantial portions of the Course for redistribution Remove copyright notices or branding
5. No Competing Course Using Our Materials You may use the skills and knowledge you personally learn from this Course in your own business. However, you may not: Copy or closely imitate the structure, curriculum, lessons, templates, scripts, worksheets, frameworks, presentations, or proprietary teaching methods of UGC Playbook to create or sell a competing educational product. Repackage, modify, translate, or adapt any Course materials for resale. Use any portion of the Course content to develop, market, or sell another course, coaching program, membership, ebook, template library, or similar educational offering without prior written permission. Nothing in this section prevents you from independently teaching your own original knowledge and experience, provided you do not copy or derive your educational materials from UGC Playbook.
6. Account Sharing Each purchase is licensed for one individual user only. Sharing your account with friends, family members, coworkers, or groups is prohibited. Accounts suspected of unauthorized sharing may be suspended or terminated without refund.
7. Community Standards If access to a private community is included, you agree to: Treat members respectfully Avoid harassment or abusive conduct Not spam or self-promote without permission Not solicit members for competing programs or services UGC Playbook reserves the right to remove members from the community without refund for violations of these standards.
8. Educational Purposes Only The Course is provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that you will obtain brand deals, clients, income, or any specific business results. Your success depends on many factors, including your effort, skills, market conditions, and consistency.
9. Earnings Disclaimer Any examples of income, brand deals, testimonials, or success stories are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future earnings. Individual results will vary.
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, UGC Playbook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Course. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.
11. Access We reserve the right to update, improve, modify, or discontinue Course content at any time. While we strive to provide ongoing access, we do not guarantee lifetime availability unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.
12. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to: Unauthorized sharing Copyright infringement Fraudulent activity Abuse toward staff or community members Redistribution of Course materials
13. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree not to disclose, distribute, or publish these materials without written permission. No Recording Students may not record, download, screen capture, or otherwise reproduce course videos, coaching sessions, webinars, or community content except where downloads are expressly provided.
Affiliate Restrictions Affiliates and promotional partners may not use their access to copy, recreate, or develop competing educational products based on the Course materials. Doing so may result in immediate termination of affiliate status, revocation of Course access, and pursuit of available legal remedies.
