Receive private text access to me during your designated coaching hours for questions, personalized guidance, and support as you navigate your circumstances. Bring your questions, share what you’re struggling with, and receive feedback to help you approach situations from a more grounded, self-assured perspective.

2. Two Private 1-Hour Coaching Calls

You’ll receive two personalized, one-hour coaching calls during your four-week mentorship. These sessions give us dedicated time to explore your goals, identify patterns, address challenges, and develop a more intentional approach to your transformation.

3. Daily Tips and Personalized Guidance

Receive tips and guidance to help you strengthen your self-concept, challenge old assumptions, build self-trust, and apply what you’re learning in your everyday life.

4. Four Weeks of Dedicated Support

You won’t have to wait until your next scheduled call to bring up every question. Your private text access gives you a space to seek guidance during your designated access hours throughout the four-week period.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

• Duration: Four consecutive weeks from your agreed-upon start date.

• Text access: An eight-hour daily access window applies during posted coaching hours.

• Response times: Please allow reasonable wait times for responses. Immediate or instant replies aren't guaranteed.

• Coaching calls: Two private 60-minute sessions, scheduled by mutual agreement during your mentorship.

• Client participation: Your results depend on many factors, including your individual circumstances, consistency, and willingness to apply what you learn. I provide guidance and support, but I cannot do the work for you.
