2. Coaching Disclaimer and Separation from Therapy
All services offered through Chelsea Yule Coaching are provided solely in a coaching capacity. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or psychiatric care as defined by California law.
Participation in coaching does not establish a therapist–client or healthcare relationship.
Chelsea Yule Coaching does not provide therapy services and does not accept individuals who are current or former psychotherapy clients.
3. Sobriety Coaching Scope
Coaching services such as the Medication Freedom Strategy Session and Momentum Mastery Program are educational and developmental in nature. They are intended for individuals who have independently chosen—under the supervision of their own medical provider—to reduce or discontinue stimulant medication (e.g., Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin).
These programs are not medical care and do not diagnose or treat any condition. They focus on helping clients thrive after stimulant use by supporting mindset, motivation, structure, and lifestyle performance.
4. No Medical or Therapeutic Advice
All information provided in sessions, materials, or communications is for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing shared should be interpreted as medical advice or a directive regarding medication use.
You should consult your physician, psychiatrist, or licensed mental-health provider before making any changes to medication, diagnosis, or treatment.
5. Payments and Refunds
All purchases are final. There are no refunds, cancellations, or reschedules once payment is submitted.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Chelsea Yule is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or participation in coaching.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, sobriety status, or level of success.
7. Eligibility and Right to Decline Services
Chelsea Yule Coaching reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time and for any reason.
Coaching is not appropriate for individuals in medical detox, psychiatric crisis, or active substance use without medical supervision.
Referrals to licensed professionals may be offered when appropriate.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chelsea Yule and any representatives from all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your participation in coaching or violation of these Terms.
