Chris Jackson — Managing Partner & CEO, Sharpline Equity
Chris Jackson is a seasoned executive, real estate operator, and capital allocator with over 20 years of executive leadership experience and more than a decade focused specifically on multifamily real estate.
As Managing Partner and CEO of Sharpline Equity, Chris has taken the firm from zero to over 2,000 units transacted, currently self-managing more than 1,600 units across multiple states. He has successfully taken 10+ multifamily projects full cycle, raised over $90 million in equity, and today oversees a $200+ million multifamily portfolio as assets under management.
Before real estate, Chris built his career as a technology executive, giving him a rare hybrid skill set that blends operational systems thinking, leadership, and capital markets expertise. This background allows him to approach real estate not just as an investor, but as a business operator who understands scale, risk, people, and execution.
Chris brings deep, hands-on expertise across:
Large multifamily deal sourcing and underwriting
Capital raising (LP equity, JV equity, and structured partnerships)
Debt structures (agency, bridge, mezz, preferred equity, and complex capital stacks)
Full-cycle acquisitions, repositioning, and exits
Building and leading in-house teams, including HR and organizational design
Self-management operations and performance optimization
Navigating high-stakes interpersonal conflict between partners, investors, and teams
These sessions are not theoretical. They are grounded in real transactions, real negotiations, real mistakes, and real wins. Whether you’re an investor, operator, executive, or entrepreneur, this time is designed to help you think more clearly, avoid costly errors, and accelerate decision-making with insight that typically takes years—and millions of dollars—to earn.
If you’re booking 30 minutes or an hour, expect direct, high-level guidance from someone who has already been where you’re trying to go—and understands both the numbers and the human dynamics that ultimately make or break deals.
