Once you're part of it, your business keeps showing up in front of that audience month after month, without you having to post every day or figure out a marketing plan on your own.

How it works

Each quarter, we create one piece of fresh content built around your business. That might be a podcast conversation, a short video filmed at your shop, a seasonal feature, a photo refresh, or a behind the scenes look at what you do and why it matters. Then for the rest of the quarter, that content keeps working. It gets reshared, repurposed, and woven into the platform through newsletter mentions, social features, article placement, and ongoing Local Legends presence.

You're not starting from zero every month. You're building on what we created together, and letting it carry your visibility forward.

Why this works when other things don't

A single post disappears in a day. An ad stops the moment you stop paying for it. Local Legends is different because it pairs real content with a local audience that already trusts where it's coming from. People don't hire the business they saw once. They hire the one whose name feels familiar, whose face they recognize, whose story they remember hearing somewhere local and real.

That's especially true if you're the kind of business people don't need today but absolutely want to remember the moment they do. Category exclusivity

Only one business per category will be accepted. If your category is open and you're accepted as a founding partner, that position is yours for the length of the founding partner period. I'm opening this first round to ten founding partners, because this works best as a small, curated group of businesses that genuinely belong on this platform, not a long list diluted past the point of meaning anything.

Founding partner rate

$300 a month, with a three month minimum. That includes your quarterly content creation and your ongoing monthly visibility through I Love Fair Oaks. For most service businesses, one good client makes the whole thing worth it, and unlike a post that fades by tomorrow, this keeps working for you long after it's published.
