Let me ask you something.
Do you feel like something in you changed after this breakup?
Maybe you cannot stop replaying what happened.
Maybe you are still trying to understand why they did what they did, what you could have done differently, or why you were not enough.
Maybe you understand what happened logically, but emotionally you still feel stuck there.
Or maybe this is not your first heartbreak.
Different person.
Different relationship.
But somehow, you keep finding yourself carrying the same wounds.
The Comeback is not about teaching you how to forget your ex.
It is about helping you understand what happened, rebuild the relationship you have with yourself, and become someone who no longer needs another person to determine their worth.
And that takes time.
You did not become who you are overnight.
The patterns you carry did not develop overnight.
And meaningful change should not be rushed just because you desperately want the pain to stop.
Six months gives us the time to do more than help you survive your heartbreak.
It gives us the time to create changes that can follow you long after our work together ends.
THE THREE PHASES
Before we can rebuild, we need to deal with what is keeping you attached to the past.
The unanswered questions.
The what ifs.
The conversations you keep replaying.
The things you wish you had done differently.
The stories you have created about why they left and what their decision says about you.
We work through the rumination instead of simply telling you to stop thinking about them.
We separate what actually happened from the narratives your pain has created around it.
We work toward closure that does not require another conversation, apology, explanation, or moment of regret from your ex.
Because your healing cannot remain dependent on them finally giving you the answer you have been waiting for.
Once we understand the stories, we turn toward you.
Why are you blaming yourself?
Why do you believe you should have known better?
Why did you tolerate certain things?
Where did you abandon yourself to keep the relationship?
Why is it so much easier to give compassion to everyone except yourself?
This phase is about replacing self blame with understanding.
We work on self compassion.
We rebuild your ability to trust your own decisions.
We strengthen boundaries.
We explore the relationship patterns that made certain behaviors feel normal, familiar, or acceptable.
You do not need to punish the version of you who survived this relationship.
You need to understand them.
And then we teach you how to trust yourself again.
Eventually, healing has to become about more than the breakup.
Now we ask a bigger question:
Who are you becoming because of everything you have learned?
This is where we go deeper into identity, old wounds, survival mechanisms, and shadow work.
We explore the parts of yourself you learned to hide, suppress, abandon, or seek from other people.
We look at where those patterns came from.
We learn what they were trying to protect.
And instead of allowing those unconscious patterns to continue running your life, we begin integrating them intentionally.
Then we rebuild.
Your confidence.
Your independence.
Your standards.
Your relationships.
Your goals.
Your life.
The goal is not to return to the person you were before your heartbreak.
The goal is to know yourself better than you ever have before.
WHY SIX MONTHS?
Because change takes time.
There is a difference between understanding something and actually living differently because of it.
You can understand your attachment patterns in an hour.
You can identify a boundary you should have held in one conversation.
You can recognize where you abandoned yourself in a relationship.
But knowing something and becoming someone who behaves differently because of it are not the same thing.
Six months gives us time to learn.
Practice.
Get triggered.
Apply what we have worked on.
Come back and understand what happened.
Adjust.
Practice again.
And slowly turn insight into something you actually live.
This is an investment in the person you are going to be long after this heartbreak is over.
WHAT YOU GET
Six months of private one on one coaching
Structured, focused coaching built around you, your heartbreak, your patterns, your goals, and the person you want to become.
Detailed onboarding and goal setting
Before we begin, we establish where you are, what is keeping you stuck, and what you want your life to look like on the other side of this.
Customized work between sessions
Exercises, reflections, challenges, and action steps based on what we uncover together.
This is not generic homework.
The work evolves as you do.
Direct access to me between sessions
Healing does not conveniently happen during a scheduled call.
When the bad day comes, something triggers you, you have a breakthrough, or you need support applying what we are working on, you have somewhere to bring it.
This is not six months of talking about your ex.
This is six months of working on you.
THIS IS AN INVESTMENT IN YOU
There may have been a point where all you wanted was your old life back.
Your relationship back.
Your confidence back.
The version of yourself you remember being before everything happened.
But six months from now, I do not want you simply saying:
“I finally got over them.”
I want you saying:
“I understand myself now.”
“I trust myself again.”
“I know what I deserve.”
“I know when to walk away.”
“I stopped abandoning myself to keep other people.”
“I actually like the person I am becoming.”
Because eventually this stops being about them.
It becomes about what you decide to do with everything that happened to you.
You can spend the next six months waiting to feel different.
Or you can spend the next six months intentionally becoming different.
If you are ready to invest in yourself and make this heartbreak mean something, this is where we do it.
Let’s get to work.
