Consultation Call Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Email info@ckrtax.com at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

  • No-call/no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Pre-Appointment Requirements

  • Required steps/documents must be completed prior to your appointment.

  • Failure to comply will result in rescheduling; multiple failures may forfeit refunds.

Refund Policy

  • Once a call is completed, no refunds are given.

  • If unsatisfied, you may request a one-time follow-up call within 24 hours at no extra charge.

  • Each consultation includes a non-refundable digital product delivered at booking.

  • If cancelled in accordance with policy, you receive a refund of $147 (booking price minus the digital product).

Acknowledgment

By scheduling, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Digital Products Disclosure

  • All digital product sales (including those of Brighter Days Solutions, LLC) are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

  • Products are for educational/informational purposes only.

  • CKR Tax Services, Brighter Days Solutions, LLC, and Lena Rencher are not credit repair agencies, law firms, or financial institutions.

  • No guarantee of results is made; success depends on your personal application.

  • You receive immediate access upon purchase and waive refund rights.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CKR Tax Services, Brighter Days Solutions, LLC, Lena Rencher, and their directors, officers, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your breach of this Agreement,

  • Violations of law or third-party rights,

  • Content you post/share,

  • Use of the Site or services,

  • Your conduct in connection with the Site.

Governing Law

  • Governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

  • Exclusive jurisdiction: state and federal courts in Orange County, Florida.
