ClaritywithAli is operated by S&G Plantastic Inc., a Florida corporation ("we," "us"). This page explains what we collect when you use our website, apps, and products, and what we do with it. We keep it short on purpose.
What we collect
Your email address, only if you give it to us. For example, when you join our email list after finishing a check-in or quiz. Signing up is always optional. You never need to sign up to see your results.
What you type into our tools. Our free check-ins and calculators are built to work without an account, and we do not ask for your name, employer, or bank details. We designed them so the answers you enter are not stored on our servers.
A small note in your browser. After you sign up, we save a marker in your browser so we don't ask you again. You can clear it any time in your browser settings.
Purchase details. When you buy a product, the checkout is handled by Stan Store and its payment processors. We do not see or store your card number.
How we use it
To send you the emails you asked for, such as our newsletter, tools, and product news.
To deliver what you purchased and answer your questions.
To keep our tools working and understand, in a general way, which ones people use.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers that help us run things, such as our email service (for example Substack or Beehiiv), our checkout provider (Stan Store), and our website hosting provider. They may use your information only to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Your choices
Unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of any email we send.
Ask us to delete your email address by writing to claritywithali@gmail.com. We will delete it within a reasonable time.
Ask what we have about you by writing to the same address.
Children
Our tools and products are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No online service can promise perfect security.

These terms cover your use of the ClaritywithAli website, apps, tools, and products. ClaritywithAli is operated by S&G Plantastic Inc., a Florida corporation ("we," "us"). By using our site, apps, or products, or by buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
What you're getting
We offer free check-ins and quizzes, and paid digital products such as spreadsheet templates, calculators, and guides. Paid products are delivered electronically, usually as a download or access link, right after purchase.
Your license
When you buy a product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. You may not resell, share, redistribute, post, or give away the product or any part of it. You may not put it in a course, template pack, or bundle of your own, or upload it anywhere others can download it. If you want to use our work for a team or client, write to us first.
All sales are final
Our products are digital and delivered immediately, so all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, except where the law requires otherwise. If a file won't open or your access link doesn't work, write to claritywithali@gmail.com and we will fix it.
Who owns what
Everything on our site and in our products belongs to Alita Wright, ClaritywithAli, and S&G Plantastic Inc. That includes the text, formulas, templates, layouts, designs, tool logic, names, and logos. All rights are reserved. Buying a product gives you a license to use it, not ownership of it. Copying or reusing our work without written permission is not allowed.
Using our tools well
The numbers and answers you enter are yours. The results are only as good as what you put in.
Our tools give estimates and general education. Please read our Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.
We do not promise any particular result, income, savings, credit score, or outcome.
Use our tools and products at your own risk.

If you join our email list, we will email you as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Limits on our responsibility
Our free tools and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on our content. If we are found responsible for a loss, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved in the 12 months before the claim, or $0 for anything free.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
