3 Days to Find Your Footing

October 27, 28, 29 · 4pm PT / 7pm ET · 15 minutes each evening

You planned the holidays.
You organized the birthday parties.
You drove to every practice, every game, every event.

You made sure everyone else had the best time.

And somewhere in all of that, the version of you that was just you, not mom, not manager, not the one holding it all together, got very quiet.

Because there was always something more important. Someone who needed you more. Something that could not wait.

Now the children are launched, the house is quieter, and you are standing in a life that has more space in it than it has had in years.

And you do not quite know what to do with that space.

This is not a workshop. It is not a course.

It is a gathering — small, warm, and designed for the woman who has been the activity director for everyone around her and has not had anyone direct anything toward her in a very long time.

Three evenings. One prompt each evening. Fifteen minutes live together.

Nothing complicated. Nothing that requires planning or organizing or making sure everyone else is settled first.

Just one small thing, every evening for three days. Entirely for you.

What happens each evening:

Evening 1 — Monday October 27 — Be Ridiculous
One deliberately silly thing. A tutu. Mismatched socks. A temporary tattoo. Something that makes you laugh at yourself — not for anyone, not for a photo, not because it accomplishes anything. Because the version of you that was gloriously unserious is still in there. She has just been waiting for an invitation.
Coaching question: Where did you learn that being an adult means being serious?

Evening 2 — Tuesday October 28 — Reclaim Something Yours
Something you loved before you started measuring everything by how productive it was. Bubbles. Colouring. A walk with no destination. You have spent years watching other people do things. Tonight you do something.
Coaching question: What did you naturally love before everyone else’s needs became the priority?

Evening 3 — Wednesday October 29 — Design What Comes Next
This is where the three evenings become something you keep. Your own answer to what comes next — what makes you lose track of time, what you are putting back into your life, not when things settle, not when the timing is right. Now.
Coaching question: Who told you that you were too old for that?

What is included:

Three live evening sessions on Zoom — 15 minutes each
Private replay sent within 24 hours
One coaching question per evening — something real to sit with
Lee responds personally to everyone who shares

This is for you if:

You have spent years making sure everyone else had the good time and cannot remember the last time you had one yourself
You feel like you have forgotten how to be unserious — and you miss that version of yourself
You are standing in a quieter house wondering what comes next and you want to start with something that feels good, not something that feels heavy
You do not need to know what you are looking for yet. You just need to be curious enough to come.

This is not:
A cute list you will look at and never do.
Something for your children.

This is:
Three evenings of real interruption to the pattern.
With real coaching underneath every prompt.
For the woman who gave everyone else the good years, and is finally ready to find her own footing.

Free to join.

VIP — $27
