This is a 60-minute 1:1 strategy call with me (Jacob) to work directly on your campus systems for culture, behavior, and student support.

Bring your real problems—referrals, suspensions, Tier 1 messiness, student disconnect, leadership overwhelm—and we’ll use the Connected Campus Systems framework to build a practical plan you can start using this month.

We can focus on:

Tier 1 Culture Systems – advisory, Jumpstart, onboarding, campus-wide SOPs
Restorative Discipline Systems – RRC, ISS, referral flow, restorative follow-up
Student Voice & Leadership – PLUS/student forums, leadership team design, “you said, we did” loop
Leadership Habits – your calendar, meeting rhythm, feedback systems, admin team habits

What this call is NOT:

It’s not fluff, theory, or a generic motivational talk.
It’s not a sales pitch for a bigger program (if you want more support, we can talk about that at the end—but only if it makes sense).
