2. TERM & TERMINATION

This Agreement begins upon purchase and remains in effect for the lifetime of the Product or until terminated by the Company.

Termination: Dissatisfaction with teaching style or method is not grounds for termination or refund. Lifetime access may be revoked if the Terms are breached. No refunds will be given upon termination.

3. DISCLAIMERS

We are not acting as medical, legal, financial, or psychological professionals. The Product is strictly educational and informational. Results are not guaranteed. You agree:

4. PROGRAM SPECIFICS

5. CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer is responsible for:

  • Completing all program materials.

  • Taking full accountability for results.

  • Understanding that no particular outcome is guaranteed.

6. PAYMENT & FEES

(a) Full payment is required unless a payment plan is chosen.
(b) If on a payment plan, all instalments must be paid on time or access will be revoked.
(c) By purchasing, you authorise recurring charges as per the selected plan.
(d) Failed payments must be resolved within 5 business days.
(e) Chargebacks or payment cancellations without consent are a breach of this agreement.
(f) A $100 late fee will be applied if payment is not received within 5 days of the due date.

7. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds are granted due to the nature of digital content and immediate access.

8. NON-DISCLOSURE, CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISPARAGEMENT

Confidentiality

All proprietary methods, systems, and frameworks are the intellectual property of the Company. Customer agrees not to share, replicate, or disclose any confidential information.

We may use anonymised or general success stories for marketing. Personally identifiable info will not be shared without permission.

Non-Disparagement

Customer agrees not to publicly or privately make any statement that could damage the Company’s reputation or business.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LIMITED LICENSE

All Products and content are protected intellectual property. This includes but is not limited to: frameworks, text, video, images, audio, worksheets, templates, brand elements, and course structures.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, single-use license for personal educational use. You may not:

  • Share, copy, or redistribute the content

  • Resell or create derivative works

  • Teach our proprietary methods to clients/audiences as your own

Violation of this license may result in legal action.

10. INDEMNIFICATION / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree to indemnify the Company against any claims or damages arising from your use of the Product. We are not liable for:

  • Business or financial decisions

  • Personal life changes or choices

  • Platform outages or technical issues

11. MISCELLANEOUS

A. Amendments – We may update these Terms at any time.
B. Severability – If part of this Agreement is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
C. Entire Agreement – This Agreement overrides all previous understandings.
D. Rights Reserved – All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
E. Governing Law – This Agreement is governed by the law.
F. Arbitration – Disputes must first go through binding arbitration.
G. Maximum Damages – Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product.
