By purchasing a service from CookWithBizzy, operated by Bizora Foods Ltd., you agree to the following terms.

Payments & Refunds

All coaching and consultation bookings are paid in full at the time of purchase.

Because time is reserved specifically for each client, all coaching and consultation purchases are non-refundable.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule a session, please contact cookwithbizzy@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session being forfeited.

If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and will not be refunded or replaced.

For multi-session coaching packages, sessions must be scheduled within the agreed coaching period unless otherwise arranged.

Coaching Results

Coaching is designed to provide education, feedback, strategy and guidance based on your individual goals.

CookWithBizzy does not guarantee specific results, including views, followers, audience growth, viral content, brand partnerships, income or business results.

Your results depend on your own implementation, consistency, content, audience and other factors outside our control.

Educational Purposes

All coaching, consultations, recommendations and materials are provided for educational purposes only.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, content, business activities and results.

Intellectual Property

Any frameworks, documents, resources, training materials or other materials provided during coaching remain the intellectual property of CookWithBizzy/Bizora Foods Ltd.

They are provided for your personal use and may not be copied, resold, distributed, recorded, republished or used to create competing training products without written permission.

Session Recording

Coaching sessions may not be recorded by the client without prior permission.
