Event Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE MOVING FORWARD

By RSVPing to or attending any event organized by Colorado Springs Moms Meetup Club LLC , you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By RSVPing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • These Terms apply to all attendees, including moms, children, guardians, and any guests.

2. Event Types & Description

  • Events may be “Moms Only” or “Moms & Littles" or "Families" The RSVP/event listing will clearly state which type it is.

  • Please review all event details (time, place, whether kids are invited, any fees, etc.) before RSVPing.

3. RSVP, Attendance & Cancellation

  • Please RSVP by the deadline. If your plans change, inform the host as soon as possible.

  • Repeated RSVPs without attendance (no‐shows) may affect future RSVP privileges.

  • If there is a fee or cost associated with the event, there are no refunds unless of an emergency.

4. Children & Supervision

  • Whenever kids are present, parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times.

  • Colorado Springs Moms Meetup Club LLC, its organizers, vendors, and sponsors are not responsible for loss, injury, or accident to children or damage/loss of personal property.

5. Safety, Health, & Liability

  • Participation is voluntary. You assume all risk for injuries or damages arising from your attendance or participation.

  • If you or your child(ren) are feeling unwell, showing signs of contagious illness, or have recently been exposed, please refrain from attending for the safety of others.

  • Colorado Springs Moms Meetup Club LLC is not responsible for medical or emergency expenses.

6. Conduct & Respect

  • All attendees are expected to act with respect, kindness, and courtesy.

  • Bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behavior (towards any race, religion, sexual orientation, parenting style, etc.) will not be tolerated.

  • Organizers reserve the right to ask anyone to leave at their discretion for inappropriate behavior.

7. Media, Photos, and Sharing

  • Photos or videos of attendees may be taken at events; by attending, you consent to the possible use of these in promotional materials, social media, group pages, etc.

  • If you do not consent to you or your child being photographed or having identifiable images shared, please let the host know prior to the event.

8. Venue Rules & Additional Requirements

  • Attendees must follow any rules or policies of the event venue (park, restaurant, rental space, etc.).

  • Any special requirements (e.g. potluck items, food allergies, dress code, cost, etc.) will be communicated beforehand and must be respected.

9. Weather, Changes, & Cancellation of Events

  • Events may be rescheduled, relocated, or cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Notices will be sent via the group’s communication channel (email, text, social media) as soon as possible.

  • Colorado Springs Moms Meetup Club LLC is not responsible for transportation or travel disruptions caused by event changes.

10. Insurance & Indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Colorado Springs Moms Meetup Club LLC, its organizers, hosts, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, demands, causes of action, liability, damages, costs or expenses arising out of your participation or attendance.

11. Privacy & Personal Information

  • Any personal information you provide (e.g., for RSVPs) will be used only for purposes of event coordination & group communication.

  • Colorado Springs Moms Meetup Club LLC will not share your personal information with third parties without your permission.

12. Modification of Terms

  • The Club reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective once posted in the RSVP/event details or communicated to the group.
