CRESSY CREATIVE
TERMS AMENDMENT AND CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
This Terms Amendment and Customer Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Cressy Creative (“Company”) and the Customer (“Customer”) as of the date of purchase or access to any digital product, course, program, membership, or service offered by Cressy Creative.
PURPOSE
WHEREAS, Cressy Creative provides online educational content, digital courses, coaching materials, templates, and related services;
AND WHEREAS, the Customer wishes to access and use such products and services subject to the terms outlined herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, accessing, or using any course, digital product, membership, coaching program, or service provided by Cressy Creative, the Customer agrees to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable policies published by Cressy Creative.
2. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, templates, downloads, branding, content, and intellectual property provided by Cressy Creative remain the exclusive property of Cressy Creative.
The Customer may not:
Reproduce,
Redistribute,
Resell,
Share,
Copy,
Upload,
Publish, or
Commercially exploit
any content without prior written consent from Cressy Creative.
3. License to Use
Cressy Creative grants the Customer a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or internal business use only.
Access may not be shared with third parties.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refund eligibility, if applicable, shall be governed by the refund policy displayed at the point of purchase.
Failure to complete payment plans may result in suspension or termination of access to purchased products or services.
5. No Guarantees
Cressy Creative does not guarantee specific financial, business, marketing, or personal results from use of its products or services.
Results vary based on individual effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors outside the Company’s control.
6. Account Access
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
Cressy Creative reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse, abuse, unauthorized sharing, or violation of these terms occurs.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cressy Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages arising from use of its products or services.
8. Modifications
Cressy Creative reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of products or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Cressy Creative operates.
