Hi! 🤍 Thanks so much for your interest in The Art of Intention.
What if, before the busy season begins, you gave yourself a few hours to simply be cared for? ✨
A few hours to slow down, soften, fill your cup and receive; before a season that so often asks us to give so much of ourselves to everyone else.
The Art of Nourishment is an intimate half-day retreat created as a cozy pause from the busyness. An afternoon to come back to yourself and explore what it really means to feel nourished....in your body, mind and spirit.
Together, we’ll move through gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound, reflection and embodied practices designed to help you settle your nervous system, release what feels heavy and reconnect with the things that make you feel like you again.
And because nourishment can be simple and delicious too, we’ll gather over warm drinks and locally made nourishing treats from Nia Nourishes; a North Vancouver micro-bakery created with so much love.
Think soft movement, cozy moments, meaningful connection, beautiful food, warm drinks and space where nothing is being asked of you.
Just an afternoon to receive.
