Lobby Call Membership Access and Use Terms

Scope and agreement
These terms apply only to the Lobby Call Membership, its video lessons, field guide, worksheets, monthly teaching, and member community. They are between you and Bumper Records Inc., Los Angeles, California, United States, the provider of Lobby Call by Darius Christian. By checking the agreement box at checkout when purchasing Lobby Call Membership, you agree to these access and use terms. They do not apply to or change the terms of a separately purchased private-coaching service or other product.
1. One membership, one learner
Your purchase provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Lobby Call for your own learning and professional development. It does not transfer ownership of the course or permission to sell, sublicense, or distribute it. You may apply what you learn to your own creative work and paid client projects. Keep your account and login credentials private; do not share or transfer access, sell seats, or organize group viewing without written permission.
2. Videos are for streaming
Watch the videos through the authorized member platform while your membership is active. Unless the course owner gives written permission or applicable law permits the use, do not download, extract, screen-record, photograph, screenshot, copy, or make audio recordings of the video lessons. Do not bypass access controls or use automated tools to collect course materials. Normal temporary copies required for authorized streaming are permitted.
3. Your workbook is yours to work in
You may download, print, annotate, and save the field guide and worksheets that Lobby Call expressly provides as downloads. These copies are for your own use, including after your membership ends. Do not upload them to a public or shared library, forward them to other learners, sell them, remove copyright notices, or package them into your own course or teaching materials without written permission. You own your original answers, notes, music, and other work; these terms do not transfer that work to Lobby Call.
4. No redistribution or resale
Do not post, publish, forward, sell, license, or otherwise provide the course, its recordings, or substantial extracts to others, whether free or paid. This includes shared drives, social platforms, file-sharing sites, and other courses. Payment for membership does not authorize redistribution. Ask the course owner before using a clip, teaching from the materials, or arranging team access.
5. Respect the people in the room
Do not record group calls or share another member's voice, image, private story, messages, or work outside the community without the required permission from the people involved and the course owner. Do not assume a call is recorded or that a replay is included. Any host recording should be disclosed before recording begins.
6. Membership access and cancellation
The membership price and recurring billing terms are disclosed at checkout. The currently offered membership is $29 per month until canceled. Cancel future renewals through the cancellation link in your Stan membership emails or contact the provider for help. Online video, community, and group-call access are tied to an active membership. Any cancellation, refund, withdrawal, or other consumer rights required by applicable law remain unaffected. The personal workbook permission in section 3 continues after membership ends.
7. Misuse and legal remedies
Unauthorized copying or distribution may infringe copyright. If you breach these terms, the course owner may restrict or terminate access as permitted by applicable law and may request removal of unauthorized copies. The owner reserves the right to pursue available legal remedies, including a court order to stop infringement, damages, and recoverable costs or attorney's fees where permitted by law. These terms do not impose an automatic fine or guarantee any particular court award.
8. Permissions, accessibility, and your legal rights
For permission to use an excerpt, arrange team access, request an accessible format, or get membership help, contact booking@dariuschristian.com. Nothing in these terms excludes uses permitted by applicable law, including any applicable copyright exceptions, or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
