It is nearly impossible to feel rested when your body is still carrying every loss you've never had time to grieve. I guide black women because we are so often the ones holding everyone else together, with no one holding space for us. I believe we deserve a place to rest, release our grief, and be cared for as deeply as we care for others.

Do I have to share?
No. You can always pass.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a supportive wellness workshop, not a replacement for counseling or medical care.
What if my loss was a long time ago?
Grief has no time limit. You are welcome here.
