Take Up Space
An evening to slow down and make a little more room for yourself.
A small virtual breathwork circle for women, guided by me, with just 10 of us breathing together from wherever we are.
Somewhere along the way, a lot of us learned that being liked meant being small. Not too loud, not too much, not needing anything. This is a space to get curious about those old beliefs and give yourself permission to take up a little more room, even just for an hour.
Conscious circular breathwork is an active breathing practice where you breathe in a continuous, connected rhythm. Just breath, moving through you.
It can help your nervous system move out of survival mode and into a place where it's a little easier to rest and feel what's there. You might notice tingling, warmth, emotion, or stillness.
When:
Sunday, October 25 at 7:30 p.m. PT (60 minutes)
What we'll move through:
A grounding meditation to help you arrive → active conscious circular breathwork → a closing visualization to integrate
What you'll need:
A comfortable place to lie down, a blanket, an eye mask if you have one, and noise-cancelling headphones if possible. Water nearby for after.
No experience necessary. Come as you are, and take up all the space you need.
