Helping growing businesses use AI to increase capacity—no hype, just results!

The Small Business AI Expansion Scorecard

The Small Business AI Expansion Scorecard

AI should create business capacity—not more tools, confusion, or risk.

The Small Business AI Expansion Scorecard is a 15-page, 30-question executive diagnostic for established small businesses, law firms, and professional organizations preparing to grow with AI. In about 15 minutes, you will evaluate ten dimensions of responsible AI readiness, including strategy, process clarity, information, technology, people, privacy, legal judgment, quality control, customer experience, measurement, and governance.

You will receive:

• A clear 30–120 readiness score

• Four readiness levels: AI Curious, AI Assisted, AI Ready, and AI-Powered

• Section-level diagnostics that separate foundation gaps from scaling strengths

• Practical next steps for your readiness level

• A workflow opportunity filter and priority formula

• A 30-day pilot charter with information boundaries, human review, and stop conditions

• A dedicated law-firm implementation lens

• An AI Expansion Snapshot you can use with your leadership team

• Printable and digitally fillable PDF editions

This is not another list of trendy tools or generic prompts. It applies the Bethea Method: assess the business, prioritize the right opportunities, implement controlled workflows, and expand what works—without sacrificing judgment, quality, confidentiality, or control.

Best for owners and leaders of growth-ready businesses, including law firms and other professional-service firms, that have proven demand and now need better systems to increase capacity.

Assess your business. Find the gaps.

Plain-English Disclosure (Read This First)

This website offers education, coaching, and legal services—but not everything here is legal advice.

Most content is designed to educate and inform, not to replace individualized legal counsel. Buying a course, joining coaching, downloading materials, or booking a call does not make DeTravius Bethea your lawyer unless we both sign a separate written legal engagement agreement.

No guarantees. No promised outcomes. You bring the effort. We bring the tools.

If that works for you, keep reading.
