This is a focused space to step back and think more clearly about your career.
For professionals who are doing well, but quietly questioning what comes next.
Often you might find yourself going back and forth between options or questioning whether something no longer fits.
You may also have a sense that something needs to change without being able to clearly explain why.
At the same time, you might still be moving, researching, or considering different paths, but not getting any closer to a decision.
This is a 90-minute focused conversation designed to help you step back from day-to-day thinking and make sense of where you are in your career.
We will work through what feels uncertain, what keeps resurfacing in your thinking, and what is currently making the decision feel difficult or unclear.
The session is structured, but conversational in tone. It follows your thinking rather than a fixed agenda, so we can explore what is most relevant for you in the moment.
Together, we’ll make sense of everything you are holding at once, so you can begin to move forward without needing to feel completely certain. The aim is to better understand your next step, even if you are not fully ready to decide or act.

A clearer understanding of what is driving your current uncertainty, rather than a general sense that something feels off
A more defined sense of what matters to you now, and how that translates into your career
A way of thinking about your next step that feels grounded and realistic, rather than overwhelming or abstract
Greater confidence in the direction you are considering, even if everything isn’t fully decided yet
A feeling of calm around your situation, where the question feels more contained and easier to navigate.
I have noticed that many career decisions become difficult when we are trying to navigate too many competing messages at once: expectations about what success should look like, pressure to have everything figured out, and ways of working that no longer reflect who we are today.
Declutter Your Career is the philosophy that sits at the heart of my work. It is about creating space to understand what matters, questioning what no longer fits, and taking intentional steps towards a career that reflects the person you are becoming.
You have been thinking about a change for a while but feel unsure how to approach it
You are open and willing to explore your situation honestly
You want to make a decision thoughtfully, rather than reactively
This session is reflective in nature and works best for those who want to approach their next step with intention, rather than rush into change.
A single session is often enough to create clarity around a specific question. For those navigating a broader transition or wanting ongoing support, longer-term coaching options are also available.

Hi, I’m Dessy - a Career Coach.
I have a background in Psychology and over the past 10 years I have worked across career development, recruitment, and leadership training, supporting people at different stages of their careers. I have designed and led mentoring programmes, worked closely with employers to understand what they look for, and supported individuals both as a hiring manager and through coaching.
Earlier in my career, I focused on moving towards roles that felt like the logical next step. I worked towards them with persistence, and over time reached a point where my career was progressing, yet my sense of direction was no longer as clear. That experience led me to step back and reconsider not just my next move, but how I make career decisions altogether.
I don’t see careers as something to optimise against a single definition of success. What matters is understanding what you want your work to support, and allowing that to evolve over time. Clarity rarely arrives as a complete plan, but through small, intentional steps that begin to show what fits.
Today, I work with thoughtful professionals who find themselves in a similar position. They are moving forward in their careers, while quietly questioning whether their current direction still fits them. My role is not to give answers, but to create the space to understand what matters, make sense of the options, and move towards a direction that feels more grounded and considered.
