Let’s make a plan for the part of parenting that keeps stressing you out.
You know that one thing?
The morning routine that requires you to say “put your shoes on” 73 times.
The screen-time argument you basically have rehearsed at this point.
The bedtime routine that has you staring at the ceiling holding back tears.
You’ve tried being patient.
You’ve tried explaining.
You’ve tried the thing you saved on Instagram.
And you’re still standing in the kitchen thinking, “Okay, but what am I supposed to do with MY child in MY house?”
That’s where we start.
One challenge. Ninety minutes. You and me, figuring out a plan.
Before we meet, you’ll answer a few questions so I can come in knowing a little about your family and what’s been hard.
Then we’ll build something you can actually practice.
An expectation that’s clear.
A routine that makes sense for your house.
Words you can reach for when your brain is giving you absolutely nothing.
A way to hold the boundary and support the feeling.
And a plan for what to do when you try all of that and it’s still a hard day.
We’ll walk through how it could sound and what might get in the way, so you leave with a starting point you understand.
Here’s what’s included:
• A short questionnaire before we meet.
• A private, 90-minute Zoom strategy session with me.
• Your personalized plan, sent within two business days.
• An email check-in seven days after your session. You can reply with how it’s going, and I’ll respond to help you clarify or adjust the plan.
We’re not trying to master parenting by Friday.
We’re choosing one part that’s hard, getting curious about it, and giving you something specific to do the next time it happens.
Your child gets to be a person.
So do you.
Let’s build the plan with both of you in mind.
Let’s work on your one thing.
With love,
